Todo estuvo muy bien más no excelente, el check in super rápido, la limpieza excelente aunque no me ponían papel de baño ni me cambiaron toallas pero lo reporté y en recepción me dieron, algunos empleados súper serviciales otros no tan dispuestos ayudar, pero estuvo muy bien, hotel bueno y seguro, los alrededores después de las 7 pm no te sugiero caminar y menos solo, hotel céntrico a museos y muchos lugares de interés, mi habitación tenía vista a la ciudad y al cerro de Monserrate, muy agradable, deberían limpiar las ventanas para apreciar mejor la vista . El bar jamás estuvo en funcionamiento en los 6 días que estuve, el baño súper chiquito pero bien distribuido, la ducha es tipo lluvia y si o si se te moja el pelo aunque no quieras lavarlo diario ( a menos que uses gorro de ducha). Si volvería si tuviera la necesidad.

Very central, affordable and lots of things to do within the premises

Noone told us we can't have a clean towel until after 3 days there. The shower got the floor wet so I had to use my towel to dry the floor. I texted the staff on whatsapp and they said leave it on the floor and they'll replace it, well instead they took the dirty towel and never replaced it. The cleaning lady and front desk lied and said they had no clean towels. Finally, my husband went to the front and insisted in which they handed over a clean towel after lying to me about it. Then, we asked for a 2nd room key since 2 of us were in the room and that took asking 2 staff members, before the one on the 2nd day finally gave us one, then we also asked for handsoap for at least one of the sinks and were ignored. I loved the hotel, but dealing with the staff was weird.

Es un hotel muy diferente, debido a los espacios que son muy innovadores, además que su compromiso con el medio ambiente lo hacen muy dinámico y hacen parte a los huéspedes.

Excelente vista a la ciudad, la habitacion muy comoda y cercano a los puntos turisticos de Bogota.

This place was perfect for a short stay. It's clean, secure, comfortable. My room had a fridge and kitchen - although I didn't use them. It's a simple, affordable place - and an ideal base for a few days.

Everything that was needed was close by. The staff was super friendly and kind.

El trato del personal, la limpieza y la disponibilidad del lugar hacia las áreas turísticas.

Regadera. Para que salga agua caliente, se tiene que girar todo y se desperdicia mucha agua a hacer esto.
