Good for a business stay.

The clerk was a blessing

Got to the hotel after midnight had to call a number that was supposed to be for after hours check in. Took 2 times of calling for someone to answer then to inform me that there was no rooms available because I booked the room after 8pm. The gentleman on the phone was very rude and said that he was unable to help even though we had a reservation

Wasn’t clean enough

They offer no ice at the property. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that didn’t offer ice. Also, no coffee maker. For the price of the rooms they need to offer that stuff. That said the place was very clean and the room didn’t smell.

It was cool

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, it was a very uncomfortable and unsatisfying experience. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work properly—it would run for less than two minutes and then shut off. I brought the issue to the front desk, but the representative told me, “that’s how the AC is.” No offer to check the unit, switch my room, or find a solution. Being stuck in a hot, stuffy room for two nights made it hard to sleep and really took away from what should’ve been a relaxing stay. I expected basic comfort and at least some effort to address my concern, but that didn’t happen. Would not recommend staying here unless the AC situation is resolved and the customer service improves.

Disappointed that they did not offer shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. But what can I expect for $98 a night

I loved my stay at this location and if ever needed I will definitely reserve my stay at this location again and i would highly recommend to anyone .. the General Mgr was FANTASTIC along with her staff they were all WONDERFUL along with making me feel as if I was at home, upon leaving today it was bittersweet as I felt that was my second home and family.... The room was ok. The towels and shower had hair all over them. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The bed was at least comfortable.

I have nothing nice to say about my stay except the roaches were on a first name basis with my pets.

Desk not open after 3pm. Place smelled weird in the elevator area every day. Like garbage and fish.

Honey!!! I almost turn around as fast as I entered. No one was at the front so I waited 30+ minutes after having to call their phone and let them know I was waiting. Then the receptionist never showed her face she decided to lift the window. Guard up just enough for me to just see her hands. It was giving weird, I needed up calling more people to come with me cause the vibe was off and I had my children. The beds are very hard so if you like a firm mattress you are good. Overall okay I guess.

I enjoyed my stay highly recommend booking

We had a great gateway trip, we absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay here will be back soon

Great stay for the price.

The floors in room were very dirty and the bathtub fixtures had not been cleaned.

Hotels.com's virtual card did not work and it took 2hrs of trying to get it done and we had to end up paying onsite for the room. I was super tired and annoyed with the process after paying upfront and having the issues with the payment which was NOT my fault so regardless of the hotel the check-in experience was AWFUL!!!
