Extremely Excellent. This was my second time to stay at Sonder Elm, Toronto. The configuration here is just like that of a home, with everything needed for family life, so you can move in right away. The transportation is of very convenience, with buses and subways within easy reach.

2 days stay makes me feel like at home.

Sonder offer completely automated service. Easily managed and good value large apartment in downtown Toronto hospital district. Excellent condition and well serviced

Spacious, clean and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. Excellent location. I was bothered by fumes from painting in the hallway during my stay, which lowered my rating, but otherwise it was very satisfactory.

The reason we chose was that my daughter and I were travelling together and obviously wanted separate rooms and this looked an affordable way of doing that. It was, and more. Tidy, spotless with kitchen etc, laundry appliances (great help). Comfortable beds and sofa. Remote check in and support excellent. Really great location. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums etc. AGO/Dundas 5 minutes, Chinatown, Little Tokyo, great restaurants in Baldwin (Omai recommended) Only very slight downside is that it is close to hospitals so you do get sirens and the odd incoming helicopter to the helipad at night. Will definitely stay again

Check in was terrible and concerning when the booking had already been paid in full. Sonder attempted to charge twice for incidentals which caused my card to be flagged for fraud. First call to Sonder was no help, 2nd call back the operator finally agreed to take another card manually due to the app not working. Also, there were 2 adults booked (my bro in-law and myself) and no blankets or bedding for the pull out couch. How can you assume we are a couple? Thirdly, the AC was not operational. A nice attendant visited the unit providing a work-around but was not able to fix it. I will not be returning to any Sonder, nor recommending to anyone
