Great Hotel this is the fourth or fifth time we’ve stayed here over the past few years and I love it. Only thing we didn’t like there was no daily housekeeping. My little son had an accident in the bed and we had to go and find a laundromat to clean the sheets was great thank you.

We stayed in the penthouse suites at Tower 3. The room was lovely with a great strip view. There were a number of things broken in our 2nd room but maintenance showed up and tried to make repairs in a timely manner.

We had a great 4 night stay at this property. It is closely located to the strip and quiet as well. The reception area, valet parking employees were nice and professional. The suite itself was nicely cleaned and had all the amenities in it. Also, the suites are right next to the mgm grand, so going to the casino or the pools at the mgm grand was easy. Will definitely recommend this property for families traveling with kids.

Property was very nice and the amenities were great . Only let down was it’s the first time I’ve stayed in an apartment this long that only supplied 1 set of towels per person and no supplies such as water etc .

Everything was on point!

The property itself was reaaly nice! But the service was very poor, the check in was unclear and me and my family felt a bit of racist vibes by the hotel staff / people there

Amazing location. Easy valet parking, nice size rooms perfect for our family. Nice to be able to cook breakfast at 5am when the kids wake up at the crack of dawn.

We had a great stay at the Signature. Staff were extremely friendly and everything was immaculate on the grounds. Loved it and would definitely stay again.

I liked the balcony but didn’t like that we can only self park our cars at the MGM.

Great for families only due to spacious rooms but thats it. Employees were nice but it was quite stressful. Entrance into property and check in was great and so was valet. We went out and enjoyed our time but upon return, was told they were not accepting valet for returning guests, only for new guests who were checking in. We had to self park at MGM Grand, pay $40 and reimbursed, so for those who plan on using valet while going in and out, this might not be as easy as you think.

Great place to stay. I rented a penthouse and we enjoyed the space. It was nice to be in a non-casino. Staff was friendly enough.

Be careful booking here what you are sold and what you get are completely different things. Also the property management doesn’t answer the phone we had no hot water the entire time we were there and no cares to fix it.

The foldout couch was awful, they offered an air mattress which was better but was so big, it took up all the room in the suite. Taking it down every day was not worth the effort. Completely unnecessary. I also have never stayed anywhere d had to ask for basic amenities like Kleenex or trash pick up. This was so unclear in the booking proces.

Great value for the ability to have a large 2 bedroom suite

Nice view. TV did not work. Interior is dated and looks well worn. Memory foam beds are horrible. Lack of services like room service. Did not properly check us in initially.

Loved that the rooms were spacious, clean, and staff was very welcoming. Top Golf being right next door and having an easy access to the MGM Grand Casino is 10/10. Will definitely consider staying at this hotel next time I visit Las Vegas

Close to the strip and amenities. Too bad the lazy river was closed during winter months. Top Golf was really fun.

It was clean, quite, and I felt very safe.
