The staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the staff were very attentive. The dinners in the restaurant were less impressive as the staff did not seem as attentive as the front desk and the breakfast staff, and the bell hops/valet (all impressive). Our dining times (two dinners) were are only "complaints". All in all - it was a great stay and highly recommend (just dine elsewhere at night).

Hotel hermoso , personal súper amable excelente todo

El trato en el front desk podría mejorar, bastante. Fuera de eso, ESPECTACULAR el servicio en la alberca, restaurantes, servicio a la habitación y el transporte. En realidad el servicio nos encantó, todos muy serviciales y amables. Nos encantaría regresar. Muchas gracias!

El hotel carece de mantenimiento, la habitación tenía la regadera y desagüe tapado. Los jardines tanto interiores como exteriores no tienen mantenimiento constante. El personal muy amable
