Lovely hotel in a great location, super friendly staff and a lovely room - thank you Aman for a friendly check in

Pretty good value, but doesn't quite hit the heights it should given the location. Tried this place three times with mixed results. From finding pasta in the fridge, to being charged twice to, most recently, having a room without chairs or water provided, I just wish it would try harder. But.....great value

An interesting property. The staff were very accommodating- especially over their limited parking as i unexpectedly couldnt walk well. They also changed our room as the first one was very hot. Both were well presented for older property.

The room had two single beds pushed together even though it was superior, the aircon unit didn’t blow cold air and was incredibly noisey, the room was incredibly warm all weekend. The light shades were wonky, the bath really needed re-doing and it was creaking like crazy when you got in. The room overall was a bit shoddy and needs a re-dec. The parking isn’t ideal but that of course can’t be helped, the staff were very polite and helpful. With a few tweaks it could be greatly improved - it is a good location

Fantastic staff so willing to help with anything

The staff were very friendly from arrival, and continued to be very good throughout. The room was up several flights of stairs, which was fine for us, but would not be suitable for elderly or infirm people, and lift was out of order throughout our stay. Place in general could do with freshening up (paint/carpets) although our room itself was fine

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Bath. The check in was very quick and easy. The hotel decor was quirky, which was something we really liked. The room was up in the eaves so the walls were slanted making the room feel even smaller. The decor was nice and the bed was comfy but the bathroom could have been cleaner… there were dirty marks on the mirror and on the side. A face mask was left on a hook which we found odd. There was no milk, bottled water or drinking glasses in the room which we didn’t realise until we wanted some water during the night and a tea in the morning. So, it was just ok and as the title suggests, we left a bit disappointed.

This was terrible. The hotel should not put customers in room 44 as it's a very damp basement room (to the point the carpet is wet underfoot). I felt really ill the next day, so I feel that the room is unsafe for guests to stay in... even before being shocked to see the quality of wiring in the room. Radisson should be ashamed.

Very quiet stay in a garden room. Ideally located for visiting Bath.

Tucked into a quiet street very close to the Roman Baths, convenient to many restaurants and shops. The room was quite spacious and had both heat and an in-wall AC which was much appreciated as we were there during a heat wave and few places were cool. Bath has many hills and this stay was convenient to all the major sites without any up and down hikes!

The Boutique Room we had was located in the lower ground floor. It was noisy, the toilet didn’t flush properly, shower leaked. Damp showed through in the bathroom. Overall, it was a tired room which needed updating & maintenance. Breakfast was fine but I think if it offered cheeses & hams for the full continental experience & pancakes as well, that would bring it on par with other hotels. There was no parking at the hotel (everyone I met had to park elsewhere) but parking at the Podium car park was ok. Overall, this is an expensive hotel because of its location. The staff were all friendly & helpful.

Great location. I was in a lovely room with great decor, super clean and comfortable bed. But we were sad they didn’t put our three room bookings next door to each other. And the light from the corridor into the room was bad.

Excellent location for Bath centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location. Great bedroom.

Vi fikk bytte rom da det var en del støy, og vi ble tilbudt et stort rom på øverste etasje, et lyst, stille og deilig rom - og med badekar. Vi er strålende fornøyde!
