Pet friendly

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was extremely nice and clean.

The front desk staff was very friendly and had excellent customer service skills. The hotel was very clean and in an excellent location. Our check in and check-out went very smoothly. We had to leave earlier than planned because someone in our party got sick. They were very accommodating with that as well. Will definitely stay there again.

Awesome property with amazing staff. Will definitely stay again. The only negative thing I have to say is they need microwaves in the rooms.

This would be fine if I was traveling with my dogs but this was 100% not what the pictures showed. We had to change rooms because there were hairs in the bed sheets with stains and floors were dirty. I would never go back to this property.

Un hotel económico

It was a horrible experience. When I first got there I was given a room where the front door bolt didnt lock and dead roaches were swept in front of the door. I had to ask the lady at the front for another room. She placed me in a noisy room on the third floor all the way to end. The door looked like someone tried to kick it in. And Of course me being a single female traveler my anxiety went up. I felt so uncomfortable but didnt want to bother the front desk lady with asking her for another room. So i stuck it out. After 15 minutes being in the room the AC turned on. It was sooo loud and it made a buckling noise everytime it turned off. This last all night. Not to mention you can hear all the cars passing by from the highway and people outaide talking loud across the street. So i barely slept the entire night. I will never go back to this place again and I would never recommend anyone come to this place.

Everything was lovely from the East check-in to the staff.

Hotel check-in was fast. Staff friendly. Romm was small, and bathroom could be cleaner.

Gentlemen at the front desk was friendly and the room was clean and spacious.

Clean, well kept up, friendly staff

Perfect stopping point for our trip to Charleston, SC after a full workday in Tampa. Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast selection was on the spartan side and there was not enough seating for smaller parties in the space.

Clean front desk friendly

Stay was okay. I expected small rooms which they were. The tiny breakfast included eggs and potatoes daily which both were cold and not warm. They food at the little store you can buy is way up charged but be sure to check the dates. Many items were expired and were still there three days later when we left.
