Good

룸사이즈는 조금 작았지만, 주변 인프라 및 조식 서비스 등 살티오에 있는 다른 호텔보다 훨씬 우수함. 멕시코는 물이 항상 걱정인데, 여기는 물이 매끄럽고 샤워부스도 깨끗함.

New and clean room.

Everything was good. Next to the hotel, there is a nice shopping mall. The room seems to be small but very clean and good. Just one thing, the shower was fixed on the wall and the water pressure was so weak, it's inconvenient. But the last night I found that the lid of my lotion was broken. Until the morning, it was locked because I have never used it but it was broken because somebody tried to open the lid. Except this everything was good but because of this I will not go there any more.

it is nice place, if plaza is open, it is better for shopping or taking meal.

Excelentes instalaciones

En recepción nos atendió Nicole, una chica muy amable y con mucho servicio de atención al huésped, ya de entrada te hizo sentir a gusto. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, cómodas y cumplió con todo lo que se ofrecía, el desayuno estuvo muy rico y ofrecía variedad para todos los gustos. Me encantó el servicio y el trato del personal eso lo tengo que agradecer y reconocer, no en todos los hoteles te hacen sentir a gusto. Definitivamente volvemos a hospedarnos ahí.

Cuarto bien limpio y ordenado. Personal amable. Desayuno rico. Está junto a una plaza.

Habitación limpia, pero faltaban toallas y amenidades en el baño. Ni servía el aire acondicionado del lobby y se sentía calor. También hubo un día que no nos salió agua caliente.
