New to the hotel. Where's the lobby? Someone had to tell us. Who puts the lobby on the 4th floor??? After a day small signs were 'found'. It needs bigger signs! I asked for a map of the area, 'O, here's one for Tampa'. I am not in Tampa. Street level is where??? The shower was like pins and needles. The water was/is coming out with such force that is was un-useable. We won't be staying there again.

Great property! In the heart of downtown Clearwater Beach but quiet and with great views. Rooms were updated and beds were comfortable! Nice team!

Everything was wonderful during our stay!

I asked for room housekeeping several times over a 4 day stay and never got it. They did bring towels once and empty trash which I had to ask for. The pool never had any towels available. The coffee/snack bar is painfully slow. The bathroom in the lobby was pretty dirty. The valet guys are wonderful. Easy walking to everything. People are nice at this hotel but some details being missed.

Did not Made service only came every other day and when I arrived the first day when I went to take a shower, there was no body wash conditioner or shampoo.

There's always that one bad apple that ruins the whole experience! Imani was fabulous though! Their housekeeping could use a boost, not necessarily on the cleaning side. It is the little things that matter. Replacing toilet paper and not leaving used lotion for the next guest. Overall, it was okay. Location was very convenient!

This property had everything I needed. I enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and I will definitely be coming back here again.

If you’re a parent hoping to impress your family with a comforting and pleasant stay, this is not the hotel to choose. They have an unusual policy: if you’re staying fewer than four nights, they won’t clean your room, replace your towels, make your beds, or even take out the trash. You’re expected to leave your garbage out in the hallway along with everyone else’s or take it yourself to a dumpster on the street. As a result, be prepared to walk through hallways lined with trash bags from neighboring rooms. This is definitely not the kind of experience I wanted for my family, and certainly not a place I would return to if I were trying to offer them a memorable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, at check-in, the king-size bed I had selected was changed to two queen beds without explanation, and I was hit with unexpected charges for parking and hidden payment processing fees. This made the check-in process uncomfortable and disappointing.
