4인 가족이라 숙소잡기 애매했는데 가격과 2층침대, 방넓이 좋았고 세탁기와 테이블 등도 있어요. 신주쿠 역에서 캐리어 끌고가긴 힘든 거리니 택시 1,100엔 쓰거나 갈색지하철선 이용하세요. 근처 로컬 작는빵집있고 10분거리 큰 슈퍼도 있어요. 구글에 슈퍼마켓으로 검색하면 나와요. 왓. 파이 비. 번 적힌걸 못찾았는데. 스테이(영어) , 로난(영어)입니다.

신주쿠에서도 약간 외곽에 있으며(히가시신주쿠역에서는 5분 거리), 주변에 한국마트, 한국식당이 많고 면세인 돈기호테도 있음. 숙소는 주택가 지역에 위치하고 있으며 사진보다 협소하고 청결하다는 느낌은 부족함. 재방문 의사는 없음

Family friendly place.

We had a a very good stay. Our room is at the 1st floor, spacious for 4people. Bunk bed is very sturdy so you dont feel if the other person is moving in bed. Check-in is straightforward, very easy thru ipad. Keyless entry is the best. Location is quite tuck away in the neighborhood which we like; only short walk to train station. Highly recommended!!!

Rona hotel is more than what i have expected. Excellent location! Very quiet area. Convenience store left right and center. Our room is big enough for 4 adults. Nice comfy bed. Walking distance to shinjuku center where everything happens. Highly recommended!!!

Hotel was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. This is an unmanned hotel, so keep that in mind before booking as you will not be able to forward or store your luggage or ask questions. The neighborhood was a bit rough, but 2 stations were a short walk from the hotel.

Great location and spacious for a family of 4!

We had three issues during our stay. We arrived 30 minutes prior to our check in time. As there are no staff and only an I-pad there was no way to request an early check in time we tried emailing and phoning provided numbers but nothing worked. Prior to arriving at this property we had stayed at three other properties. In comparison the beds at Rona were far worse. The mattress were thin and hard. All members of my family complained each morning. The tv did not offer access to channels without subscribing to a Japanese tv service. No opportunity to link apps. Apart from these issues the property was adequate and as described.

Room was small, had a weird odor in the hallway, requested room cleaning and never got the room cleaned, washing machine came with one pack of laundry detergent for our 5 night stay.

Big room and enough space for 4 person. Clean-up done nicely. In general just a nice room. Would definetly stay there again👍

Great location, well equipped and spacious for Tokyo standards. Quiet neighbourhood with ith good stores close by bakery, coffee, curry, Lawsons and 7-11. Easy 3 minute walk from nearest station

Voyage en famille avec 2 enfants. Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Situé dans un endroit calme. Restaurant juste en face (très bon) et lawson/ 7 11 à proximité. Bien situé aussi pour visiter Tokyo ! Je recommande.

Clean, responsive staff, great size for my family of 4, and in a nice quiet area. The location is close to the train station, but also a comfortable day walk with tweens to the National Garden, Meiji Shrine and Harajuku, and the metro area of Shinagawa.

There is NO elevator. Our room was on the second floor and had to carry four 60 pound suitcases up a narrow and windy staircase. Kitchen was enough to cook shrimp, salmon, and Wagyu for the family. Subway is approx 10-15 minute walk away. Great restaurants and convienence stores nearby.
