Close to Vatican and shopping, wonderful staff, very comfortable!

Great Staff and Location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We have some mindedly left a small bag and the hotel is holding it until we return from Europe to United States and will make arrangements for it to be shipped to us. That impresses me. We would recommend especially if you’re wanting to be close to the Vatican.

Amazing place, close to the Vatican. We were able to sun on the patio, and walk to everything.

The staff is super nice and very friendly and accommodating. I didn’t like the room, I didn’t think it was very clean, since the remote was awfully dirty with built up dust and debris on it .. like if it was never clean, the tv has only 2 English Channels and no way to watch anything interesting , they need to update to a smart tv so at least you could watch YouTube or offer cable channels in English for the tourists .. also the remote phone was dirty, the location is great just a short walk to the Vatican, the hotel is a good option but these guys need a better housekeeping service , they are doing a very bad job relating to cleanliness

Wonderful

We stayed at three four-star hotels during our trip. Although this one meets the definition of a four star in Rome, it did not live up to our expectations based on the other places. The staff did their jobs in a blasé manner. The room was tiny and very warm. We turned the temp down, to no avail. We ended up opening the window out to a busy street, with a ton of noise. The shower water pressure and temperature varied throughout our visit. The hallways were filthy. We were warned to not touch the sides when using the elevator, a very tiny one which made not touching the sides with luggage near impossible, or the elevator would stop or break. I did not complain to staff. It didn’t seem worth the trouble. The location worked really well as we were headed to the Vatican.

The property is ok , rooms very nice but no full time staff after hours. I got stuck in the elevator at 4:30am leaving for the airport and when you press the emergency button no once answered. I had to call 911 and wait over an hour for the fire dept to break me out. Missed my flight. I suggest a hotel with a staff that’s always on site.

Would have been better with a self service laundry and ironing facilities

Es un hotel chiquito moderno con buena localización limpio y con excelente servicio.

Not the greatest neighbourhood to be in but it's right beside the Vatican, 5 min walk and you're there.. It's given a 4 Star quality but I'd say it's more 3-3.5 Stars. No WiFi, you're expected to tether to an Android device for $5 EU a day and its out of date by 2 years. Couldn't even download netflix on it to watch when trying to wind down in the evening. Other than that, it's solid.

10 minutes from St. Peter's Square. Convenient access to public transit, shops, and restaurants.

Very nice Boutique hotel. Very pleasant staff. Very well done breakfast to meet anyone's needs. Very modern rooms. Definitely would stay here again.

The staff was extraordinary. They spoke beautiful English when my Italian was still not very good. They were very helpful and helped us arrange transportation to Civitavecchia. Nice Italian breakfast. Our room was small but very nice and easy to get too and convient to the Via Aurelia gate where we didn't have to use the steps. All in all a great experience and we highly recommend for it's proximity to the Vatican, neighborhood, staff and charm.

The staff was top notch and exceeded expectations. Hotel was very nice, super clean with great service. Excellent restaurant options close and very close to the Vatican
