최고의 경험은 아니었습니다. 호텔은 공공장소에서 꽤 멀리 떨어져 있어서 이동이 어려웠습니다. 와이파이는 매우 형편없었고, 객실은 약간 더럽고 먼지가 많았습니다. 확실히 개선이 필요합니다.

The receiption service very bad!

Called the reception to arrange the bell boy for me, so that they can help me with the bags. No one came. I was struggling alone with my bags. The reception lady name Fatima, she didn’t seems to know how to interact or talk with customer instead of explaining to me about the breakfast bills. She choose to remain silent. Didn’t mention anything to me. Sounds like silent treatment for customer. She’s not capable at all. While the other lady Precious she was the one who’s handling everything. I do not want to stay in this hotel anymore. They need more people on how to deal with customers.
