Everything was good, but they limited the room service in 2 hot dish suddenly without any other excuse. Because I have enough time so I could wait more than 2 hours, I asked why this was happened when I got the call from staff, and the staff told me they are so busy and this is not his fault so I told him then who should request me the excuse about this situation. Then the staff told me he would talk with his manager and he hung up the phone suddenly and there was no call back for 20 minutes. At least, if the staff gave the apology or request the excuse before the delivery of the limited order, I could've understood. It spoils the morning's feeling on me. It was very rude and uncomfortable.
