전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel Xcaret Arte – All Parks / All Fun Inclusive, Adults Only

Everything was good, but they limited the room service in 2 hot dish suddenly without any other excuse. Because I have enough time so I could wait more than 2 hours, I asked why this was happened when I got the call from staff, and the staff told me they are so busy and this is not his fault so I told him then who should request me the excuse about this situation. Then the staff told me he would talk with his manager and he hung up the phone suddenly and there was no call back for 20 minutes. At least, if the staff gave the apology or request the excuse before the delivery of the limited order, I could've understood. It spoils the morning's feeling on me. It was very rude and uncomfortable.

Todo espectacular!

The room service made me almost want to leave bringing me undercooked food as well as not wanting to fix the food when they brought the food not as ordered. Ordered a burger it was undercooked on top of that I asked for it to be well done and with just cheese and they did the complete opposite. Had hella toppings and didn’t fully cook it burger was so pink I would’ve thought they microwaved for 30 seconds. The fact someone would even look at it and be brave enough to bring it to someone to eat is insane. The pizza also was not great either. Outside of that the hotel was very nice and clean. I don’t think I would recommend getting the room service but the rest of the food at the hotel was ok. The staff in the front was very nice. Despite the inconveniences with the food I would give the hotel another try if I come back to Mexico .

Hotel Xcaret Arte by far the best place to stay. You will never want to go anywhere else with everything they have. It was so beautiful

Es mucho más que las excelentes fotos que tienen…. Es un lugar de sueño donde cuidan cada uno de los detalles! Sin duda el mejor lugar que pudimos elegir para estar en nuestras vacaciones.

La estancia estuvo increíble, sin embargo faltó más asesoramiento por parte del staff del hotel. Ya que reservamos en dos restaurantes diferentes que tenían prácticamente el mismo menú y se pasó extra por este restaurante que realmente no recomiendo. Igualmente con el servicio de Xailing, no se dijo la hora de regreso y tuvimos que buscar nuestro propio regreso para poder llegar a la reservación de la cena
