Beautiful rooms. Spacious and great view!

If you're seeking a quiet, peaceful getaway then Soki Atami is just the place with a lovely accommodating staff and meals that can't be missed. Breakfast is included but do consider trying dinner at least once. One caveat is its location. It is high on the hill so if you want to explore Atami don't expect to walk easily around town, though transportation is very convenient and easy. I look forward to returning again someday.

This was our decompress detour after Tokyo and it was just that! Room was very comfortable for a traditional Japanese room and the private onsen was the perfect addition. Breakfast and dinner are included and although they were also very traditional and farm-to-table, they weren’t my personal cup of tea but that just may be preference.

Very polite and helpful staff. Resort is very clean and fresh. Highly recommend to stay here.

テレビはあまり見なかったのですが、宿泊したお部屋のモニターにうっすら線が入っており、気になる人は気になると思いました。 指摘事項は上記のみで食事、お風呂、ラウンジともにとても満足しています。

The facility was the definition of Zen! Staff was friendly and attentive. The facility was minimalistic but beautiful! Welcome tea host and bartender DAVID, made our stay that much more memorable. If you decide to stay here, I highly recommend you visit the 8th floor in the evening for some libations and say hi to David for us!

Breakfast is delicious and fresh. If you are there more than 2 nights, its a different set menu, all local ingredients and absolutely worth it since there arent many restaurants nearby for breakfast

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and we loved it especially the roof top views is gorgeous, they offer welcome tea and snack by the same floor of roof top (8th F), we were lucky it was sunny on the day went up the rooftop and felt very chill enjoying the town and water while enjoying the afternoon tea time. We booked this private bath tub half outdoor room and we really enjoyed soak the hot springs whenever we like. The only thing I would suggest is the hotel could provide shuttle service for in and out the Atami station or town center, it is about 1 mile (20 mins walk).

Overall great, just the dinner and the breakfast, the price and the course setup did not match, not sure who pays JPY 18,000+ for a main course that only has 4 slices of beef.

スチームサウナを楽しみにしていましたが、点検中で残念でした。 室内の浴槽にはってあるお湯の温度調節が難しかったです。 朝食の金目鯛の開きが大きく、身も固めで身離れが悪かったので食べるのに時間がかかり、1時間という制限内に食べたいもの全て食べれるか焦りました。 スタッフの方はどなたもとても丁寧で気持ち良かったです。

夕食、朝食ともとても美味しかった。部屋のお風呂もとても良かった。 あいにく雨だったので熱海駅までタクシーで向かったが、30分待った挙げ句に、駅まで40分程かかった。 熱海の町自体の行けてなさだと思いますが、スタッフの方は日頃の状況を認識されてると思うので、もっと丁寧な説明があっても良かったと思います。お陰で、後に予定していたスケジュールがだめになってしまいました。 状況が分かっていれば、少し早めに出発することもできたのに、旅の最後が台無しになってしまいました。

セキュリティーもしっかりとしていてお部屋も素敵で、スタッフの方々も親切丁寧でとても良かったです。 駐車場も停めやすく良かったです。
