Great location near the airport with shuttle. Very nice swimming pool and restaurant.

Room was clean, staff is very friendly and the location of the hotel is perfect if you need to go to or from the airport. They have a free transfer and also green parking. Perfect for my travel needs as I was en route to another destination. Rooms are big, modern and comfortable

Bel hôtel a proximité immédiate de aeroport avec une navette 24/24 très pratique. La piscine est très grande et bien chauffée même en juin Toutefois le week-end, des familles extérieures peuvent accéder à la piscine avec un forfait journée ce qui fait qu'il y a beaucoup de monde avec des enfants ..... Les chambres sont belles, et le restaurant est très bon !

Hotel transfer from the airport did not show up though the flight was 30mins late. Directions from .lGoogle maps not correct! Otherwise, front staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful property, room clean and spacious. Pool, fitness center and sauna all new.

Great place to stay the night if you are flying in late or departing early. It’s a new hotel so everything works as it should. Be sure to book your airport shuttle at least 2 hours in advance! Definitely will be back.

Virkelig lækkert hotel! Kæmpe pool med boblebad og virkelig lækre værelser! Restauranten har også et godt udvalg af mad i høj kvalitet! Kan virkelig anbefales

Staff was unhelpful in coordination of 24/7 shuttle from airport. Traveling as two young women, we coordinated a hotel shuttle to pick us up from MK ahead of time. The staff ignored our calls and texts upon landing in Tiana around midnight. We had to take a taxi from the airport and pay an exuberant amount out of pocket. The staff blamed us for not finding the shuttle on the dimly lit parking lot. Incredible terrible way to start our Albanian travels. Beautiful county and people, but would not recommend the MK Hotel.

Great hotel by the airport.

The pool was warm and good for swimming. The sauna was nice as well but you have to ask the reception to have it on. The rooms were very nice but they didnt give free water every day as they did on the first day we arrived. Would've been nice to have had cold water to come home to and also no small milk cartons to have tea with. Chefs were helpful with everything I asked for, eg milk for tea to have in room, heating up of outside food. We didnt eat anything at all in hotel as it had to be paid for separately. Our bathroom overflowed with shower water when we showered and night staff was really helpful. This hotel is 15-20 mins away from city centre. I had use of a car so no issue. But there was no shuttle buses to and fro hotel. Wasn't any entertainment on for adults but they had kids party on day we arrived. Plenty of space for parking car. Also the food wasnt halal in hotel so couldn't dine in even though we didnt pay for it.

We only stayed one quick night but everything was clean and as expected. The pool looked great.

Boede der en enkelt overnatning inden en tidlig afgang fra lufthavnen. Virkelig god service. Dejligt pool område og god mad i restauranten - dog lidt lang ventetid på service i restauranten. Ville vælge det igen til få overnatningee.

Schönes, modernes Hotel in Flughafennähe, perfekt für die erste oder letzte Nacht vor/nach dem Flug. Außen ein schöner Pool mit Liegebereichen, Poolbar, Kinderspielplatz - alles was man für ein paar entspannte Stunden mit Kindern braucht. Was es von einer Top-Bewertung trennt: Das Personal und dessen Qualifikation bzw. Motivation. Es begann an der Rezeption: Reservierung nicht gefunden ("und übrigens wir sind ausgebucht"). Nach längerer Diskussion dann doch gefunden (unter falschem Namen gesucht). Restaurant: Eigentlich sehr schön und mit guter Karte. Personal wirkt aber unorganisiert, lange Wartezeiten, bis man bedient wird. Spaghetti mit Shrimps zunächst ohne Shrimps serviert. Nach Reklamation neu gemacht, diesmal mit Shrimps. Service am Pool könnte viel mehr Umsatz machen, wenn sie präsenter wären. Statt dessen ist die Poolbar geschlossen und alle müssen zum Bestellen ins Restaurant rein laufen. Leere Gläser stehen stundenlang rum am Pool, es wird nicht abgeräumt. Insgesamt leider ein unmotiverter und liebloser Eindruck vom Personal! Sehr schade! Das Haus hat großes Potential!

Property was huge and had all the facilities we required before our flight. Their airport shuttle was great. The room was very very spacious. The pool was lovely. The restaurant food was delicious. All in all I would definitely recommend this place as an airport layover.
