No restaurant available as per the description and photos - I had planned to eat dinner after Check In but couldn't. Breakfast was in the reception area and not very comfortable. On check in, I was asked what time I wanted my 'full English' - not ideal being held to a time. Full English didn't have standard bacon - it was non pork Turkish bacon which I should have been told about. I only ate half the breakfast, and I was only offered the cooked breakfast (with some fruit and toast). Bed mattress was uncomfortable. I have stayed in many different hotels on a regular basis and this is the first time that I haven't managed to get a good night's sleep. The A/C was effective and quiet. The 2 refillable soap dispensers in the bathroom were both empty. A totally non restful stay. Staff were polite, but when I mentioned the uncomfortable bed, they didn't investigate and ask why or apologise - they just walked away not knowing what to say.

Was a really lovely stay! Staff were super friendly! Parking was good. Couldn’t get the aircon to work which was annoying, but overall good stay!

Comfortable stay easy parking

Great stay. Plenty of parking available and we had a friendly welcome amd quick check in. The room was comfortable - air conditioning very much appreciated. The welcome tray had water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits which was lovely. The

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. A nice big fridge and wardrobe space. Only small issues were that the tv signal was poor so couldn’t watch anything and I would fit a small shelf in the shower to put toiletries on as you could not reach the soap dispenser outside the shower which by the way was empty on my stay there.

I've stayed here a few times and it's always been fine. The hotel is quiet, in a nice location, and not too far from major roads. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the showers are hot. One note to the hotel staff: Please stop using mothballs, they're banned and cause cancer. And they don't smell good.

The cleanest was really not spotless and bedding was not clean enough because me and my partner are full of spots on all body

Room was cold, bed very short so my feet were out the bed all night and im only 5,11. Reception only Speak indian english hard to understand and NO restaurant but website says there is.speak indian english

Not bad, 3 nights relaxing before I started my next shift.

The room was very basic and a kettle provided but no tea or coffee provided, which is standard in any hotel despite the star rating. The room also smelt of cigarettes and the shower had no power and no mat to put on the floor to stop you slipping on the tiles or soak up the water from the shower. Also n

Room was very average. Water was Luke warm at best when we tried to shower in the morning. The breakfast was very small and the ingredients were of very low quality. The coffee and orange were barely drinkable. All in all for £72 + £20 for breakfast we felt it could have been better

Clean room, friendly staff. Fridge in our room was very handy, as was the microwave in the corridor. The only upsetting things were non adjustable shower and no plug in the washbasin.
