Excellent in all respects

Check-in was fast. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Most importantly, all the staff were amazing. From the doorman to all the way to housekeeping. Would definitely stay again.

Service for the breakfast was not very good stayed for 4 days each morning it took 20 to 40 minutes my breakfast to come

I stayed for few hours. The property was clean! Staff was courteous! I order room service, food was delicious but in my opinion it was over priced! Wish there was a fan in room and not just AC. Overall the stay was excellent!

Ruime, propere kamer, interessant uitzicht uit de kamerhoge ramen. Koffie en thee aanwezig. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

There was huge spread of breakfast options. Staff were very couteous and prompt.

The staff called me in the middle of the night for a check in document which she already had from the previous trip but she misplaced it. And she bothered me in the middle of the night at 11:10 pm to send it again while my check in was done at 3 pm by her. I could not go back to sleep again for three hours

Amazing property

Room making was slacking basic things like napkins in toilet. Toilet paper rolls are of poor quality. Check was too slow and poor. In terms of increasing presence and penetration these days brands does not justify their service and repute. This was earlier Marriott courtyard and now changed to Gateway but services are not upto the mark.

The duty manager Ms.Sadhana needs to go back to her school of hospitality to learn basic courtesy and communication skills to talk to customers. They charged my card without informing me or even without checking out of the hotel. And when i told them to reverse the charge as i would use a different mode of payment, then Ms.Sadhana simply refused and put me on hold with IVR options. She even refused to give me her name when I asked her twice, and I actually had to get it from another staff at the hotel. Terrible service and staff and terrible handling of the situation. Very rude and downright disrespectful. They did not even honour the booking of a city view room and gave a different room with a different view.

Given 2 stars only because of the service we received from the staff, especially Yash, at the reception. The rooms were very smelly and felt not cleaned. The hotel was short on linen and despite asking few times for towels and hand towels, only managed to get 1 towel. I felt I was showering in sewer water. That's how the water smelt. It was absolutely horrible.

Poor service and unprofessional staff.

A bit below expectation. The rooms are nice but food is average. Room service does not provide proper utensils and we have to share cups.The housekeeping is average. We had utensils uncleared after 2 days. There is no directory in the room for phone numbers or a laundry basket or price sheet. Does not remind me of a Taj brand.

Alex at the Aura was the best and all the staff was very friendly and accommodating for parents with kids

Our room was facing the Sindhubhavan Road so we had good view. Other side doesn’t have good view. Overall very good experience except the Spa. Spa floor was very oily and slippery. She used lots of oil for messaging and didn’t wipe excess oil down after the message. I had tough time washing it off.
