I purchased a room for a night at $68 and purchased Travel Protection for an additional $9. I had a family emergency and they were trying to refund my money through Expedia or the property. Or at least a credit for a different day. The emails I received said to utilize our "website or app to cancel or modify booking". Well, I cannot do either. Do not book your stay here!!!

Larry was very thorough & allowed me to check the room before officially checking in to make sure I was okay with everything! I really appreciate the hospitality and the support of the staff!

By far the worst experience I ever had need to talk to management

Didn’t like how you had to call a phone number just to get someone at the front desk. And when I did call nobody answered. I had to use the “lobby” phone and call another number. Thankfully they did pick up, but getting to the hotel late and just wanting to go to your room but you can’t cause you have to wait for someone to check you in was terrible. Barely any amenities. No soap to wash your hands. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. But it was just for the night and was leaving the next morning either way

They had no pots to cook with no dishes to eat on and the room itself was some what clean but was lacking. I had to wait 2 hrs late at night to get someone to let me.in my room because I did not have.my key and.i had to call choice rewards to get ahold of someone to let me in.

al llegar, no habia nadie en el lobby y fue un caos para que nos pudieran dar nuestra habitacion, se que llegamos pasado de las 3 de la tarde, pero en ningun hotel de la experiencia que llevo de viajes me ha tocado esperar tanto! los pasillos sucios y la habitacion estaba una cama que no es parecida a la que yo habia pedido! asi que cuando regrese a north carolina, mi esposa y yo decidimos no volver a incluir este hotel en el futuro.

I paid a $100 deposit for a room that wasn’t stocked with wash clothes and towels. When we went down to ask for some we was told they didn’t have any. I had to wash up with my hand that was very unacceptable

this was the worst experience i’ve had with a hotel. pillow cases made my face break out. so rude when speaking to people. so disrespectful during checkout. don’t book here

It was a very nice room

Larry at front desk was friendly and welcoming. Now, when I enter room there was dirty towels and wash cloth still in bathroom. The housekeeper staff wasn’t friendly nor did they explain that I needed to ask for wash cloth and towel everyday or request to have trash removed from room. Upon, my checkout I was told that I was suppose to take my trash out. I don’t live there I’m a guest.

I booked 3 different rooms and Larry made everything a breeze! We had a blast during our stay

Unexpected 200.00 deposit and smells in hallway and elevator

Clean room, and very good staff

It had hairs everywhere on the bed, toilet, in the shower. There was even a bug in the toilet. Might I add that there was a horrible smell in the place. They had no one there to clean it until next morning. So I had to book a different hotel that same day.

There is a bad roach problem and has the bear minimum everything, very dirty..nice staff tho and quiet

The internet failed unexpectedly and no one was accountable for it. There was no apology no text no email no eta regarding restoral. Meanwhile I had to quickly find somewhere else to work.

Room was clean but bed furniture was uncomfortable. The lounge was not much. Only offered coffee and it was terrible

The staff will deactivate your key. will remove your reservation out of the system, even though hotel.com has confirmation, along with your email confirmation. The staff will play clueless, and tell you to contact hotel.com for a refund. Please stay away from this hospitality. Fishy business!
