It was compotable, and nice beakfast.

Hotel it’s self is really nice my room had a dirty sock behind the curtain and the beds I would have got more comfy on a hard floor the beds where horrible to sleep in.

Helpful reception staff

Arrived early, wouldn't look after my bags. Then large queues at check-in with only one person working. Disappointing for a big chain - even budget chains have self-checkin these days.

Good value for money.

Well I had no hot water in the first 2 rooms after the second time I ask them to make sure it had hot water as I was fed up goin back and forward . U also have to pay for the parking . And not to mention the gym is tiny and very limited

The receptionist was lovely and as was my room. Overlooking the pitch, clean and big. You can tell you are in a box used for match days as the room is obviously set up for that dual purpose. Communal areas feel like you are in a football stadium, quite masculine and industrial. Breakfast was ok and dinner was restricted to the pub area. Stayed for a work event but wouldnt choose to stay here again unless for an event. Not your typical Hilton.

No explanation why my room was changed. If anybody is reading this email I would like some feed back about this. Good breakfast, staff polite

Was adequate

For the price charged I would expect a lot better. Bathroom mouldy and room carpets badly stained.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally complain about my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry Building Society Arena on the evening of Friday 6th March 2026. Upon arrival, we were informed that our originally booked room was not available and that we would instead be upgraded to a pitch-view room on the second floor. While we initially appreciated the gesture, it quickly became apparent that the room was located immediately adjacent to a conference suite where a large black-tie event and auction were taking place. We arrived at our room at approximately 10:00pm and found the noise from the event to be extremely loud, with large numbers of people gathered in the corridor area outside the conference room. The level of noise was significant and made it impossible to rest. We contacted reception to raise the issue and were informed that the event would be continuing until 2:00 am. Unfortunately, we had to be up early the following morning and therefore received very little sleep as a result. In addition to the event noise itself, there were several guests who appeared to be intoxicated, having loud conversations directly outside our bedroom door in the corridor. This continued late into the night and further contributed to the disturbance. We have video evidence of this should it be required. What is particularly disappointing is that we were not informed about this event when the room change was made.

Clean room and ok breakfast but limited food choice in hottel

Do not accept room 246, next to man event room, no sleep, teams finished packing up at 4am. I also got charged twice for room!

TV remote control did not work. Brought it to reception, but no spare batteries. Asked if possible to swap batteries with unoccupied room... went out.... 5 hrs later, no luck... Nice cookie at check-in. Beautiful room with view over the football pitch. Very good breakfast.

Reception was poor, parking overpriced, room was unacceptable and whole place looked tired dated a d not a latch on the ho
