It was a nice place

Very clean, comfortable beds, walking distance to all we wanted to do

We arrived on Friday evening. It was a bit loud with a wrestling tournament and only one elevator working. Impossible to get hot water out of the sink in bathroom. And there was no extra toilet paper - only what was on the holder. Called to get a roll and I had to go down and get it myself :) We have always stayed on the Hilton side. This was a first on the Home2Suites. Property is in a favorable location.

Huge spacious room very clean and everyone we spoke to were just so nice!! Would stay here again.

Friendly and helpful

Breakfast could have been better. As great as everything is at this property, Breakfast was a real let down.

My second or third stay here. It’s quiet, the rooms are spacious, the hotel has recyclable bins in the rooms, there’s a kitchen with a microwave fridge dishwasher etc.

Just booked a room for one night, but was very impressed with the location and how quick check in was. It was so nice to have a warm sky bridge to walk on from the parking garage. Beds are extra cozy and staff is very eager to help!! Will definitely be staying again!

Not the greatest experience at this property. Room had a n odor, hallways were dirty and needs to be vacuumed, stain on the pull out mattress, conditioner bottle empty

Very confusing at first. Address brought us to the Hilton not Home2suites. The curbs and sidewalks were deep snow and slippery. Hard to pull up to unload bags. Room was nice but outside entrance a mess

Two of the desk people were super helpful, 2 were super UNhelpful.

Loved how close everything is! The staff was super helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel and will be back for sure!

Property was exceptional! Rented for my daughters birthday not having high expectations other than a pool, but the staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent, facility was clean… would definitely visit again!

Outdated decor questionable surrounding area

I arrived at 5pm to check into the hotel prior to running to the WMU hockey game at 6. My room was not ready even though my reservation said I could check in at 3pm. I had to go to the game with all of my baggage including my sons hockey gear in the car. Was not able to get the stuff into the room to air out, or get into the room for my son to shower prior to going to the WMU game. (He had just played a hockey game of his own and needed a shower). it was quite an inconvienence. No discount or refund was offered either when I asked, I just kept being told I had to speak with a manager, but the manager never seemed to be there when I would go to the counter to ask, morning or night.
