죄송하지만 침대 시트가 더럽고 냄새가 납니다. 교체해 달라고 요청했는데도 여전히 냄새가 납니다. 물을 틀자마자 샤워기 헤드가 느슨해져서 바로 분리되었습니다. 하지만 고객에게 손상에 대한 비용을 지불하라고 요구하세요. 고객이 방금 도착해서 앉을 시간도 없었기 때문에 샤워기 헤드를 손상시킬 시간이 없었습니다. 고객은 비용을 지불할 뿐, 무료로 묵는 것은 아닙니다!

방은 깨끗하고 넓습니다.

Selenggara akses kad dari masa ke semasa. Sampai-sampai akses kad tidak boleh digunakan. Service dari pihak pengurusan perfect host sangat-sangat lambat. Nak tunggu masuk bilik pun lambat. Spoil vacation keluarga dengan 2 unit bilik yang disewakan. Selepas jam 6 pm susah untuk memaklumkan pihak pengurusan perfect host jika terdapat apa-apa permasalahan berlaku yang melibatkan akses kad, kunci pintu dan channel TV yang tak berfungsi. Mohon pihak perfect host tingkatkan lagi kualiti perkhidmatan pelanggan di masa yang akan datang.

Best, bilik harga berpatutan. Pemandangan laut, cantik. Cuma bilik single tak dapat masuk sebab terkunci. Peti ais ada, sama macam dalam gambar, mesin basuh dengan pengering, tapi kena bawa sabun sendiri, sabun tidak disediakan. Will repeat. TV tiada siaran. WiFi laju. Bilik berhabuk. Iron board boleh ganti baru.

I've booked 2 units for 2 nights. However, the host only received the booking for 1 unit for 2 nights. Quite disappointed as we came in a big group of people. The host unable to help out for the first night therefore we were cramped in one unit for 1st night and they provided another unit for 2nd night. Facilities wise, there was no bath mat, no sponge dish and soap. Unit not really well clean. Please improve the unit cleanliness and customer experience. Thanks.

Bilik oke, tapi pengurusan lambat. Pihak pengurusan kena bagi tau view city bukan beach view. The worst thing is tak sediakan towel untuk tetamu. 3 hari kat sana tak dapat. WhatsApp minta towel, dia suruh minta housekeeping tapi mana boleh minta suka-suka pengurusan berbeza, kalau stay sehari je oke, ini stay 3 hari terpaksa sewa towel kat bawah.
