태국은 처음 방문하는 곳이라 모든 게 낯설고 생소했어요. 다행히 캐스케이드 호텔에서 4일 3박을 묵었는데, 정말 잊지 못할 경험이었어요. 호텔 덕분에 마치 집에 있는 것처럼 편안하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 객실은 현대적이고 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었으며 매일 청소도 해주었어요. 직원들은 항상 친절하고 도움을 아끼지 않았어요. 특히 보안팀과 프런트 직원분들은 정말 친절하고 전문적이어서 감사했어요. 호텔이 시내 중심가에서 조금 떨어져 있긴 하지만, 제가 누린 모든 것을 생각하면 전혀 문제가 되지 않았어요. 처음부터 끝까지 정말 좋은 인상을 받았고, 집에 돌아온 후에도 친구들에게 계속 추천하고 있어요. 이 리뷰는 제 솔직한 경험을 바탕으로 작성되었으며, 광고나 대가를 받고 쓴 것이 아닙니다. 캐스케이드 호텔이 여행 플랫폼에서 왜 그렇게 높은 평점을 받는지 이제야 확실히 알겠어요.

Nice Hotel. Deket sama bts skytrain, bus stop. Hotelnya bersih nyaman banget. Suka banget kamar mandinya.

I had a lovely stay here. The staff are so friendly and professional. Great cafe downstairs. And the rooms are so new and modern. Would stay here again for sure!

5 Star service, room are comfy and well equipped. TV with casting ability make them a lot better than most hotels already. Staff are excellent!

The staff was friendly especially the doorman and the front desk staff that was in night shift. They saw I was difficult in walking, they showed their concern and the front desk staff passed me the ointment and room key. I felt so warm. Thank you for the kindness! We stayed for 4 nights. The tower and water did not replace started at 3rd day, but we got it after respond. The hotel is located at Wongwian Yai station. 10 minutes to BTS. 7-11 is just beside the hotel. The hotel is new.

Bad service. No manner. Serve with attitude.

Accommodation is great. But, a bit pricey. Overall, it 's a good hotel.

New hotel with lovely staff who could not do enough for us. Rooms were smart and stylish and bed was very comfortable. Shower had a full rain head, a normal shower head and also a water fall outlet all in a stylish dark tile very nice. Only complaint from the wife was they need a full length mirror in the main room. Will definitely stay here again when in Bangkok

All staff are so nice and room very good and comfortable, but with some flaws that made this trip go down. First there is no drinking water provide in the room and second is missing amenities such as toothbrush, etc. They need to rechecked the room before sell next time. BTW last time I stayed there, my room have no refrigerator too.
