Good location!

직원들은 정말 친절했습니다. 조식 포함이라 편리하고, 맛도 괜찮았습니다. 방 내부 콘센트 몇개가 작동 안되는 것만 빼면 전반적으로 위치, 친절, 편의, 교통, 조식 전부 맘에 듭니다.

7박을 하는동안 침대정리가 잘 안되어있기도하고 ㅕ일중 요청시에만 침구 바꿔줌. 타월교체도 잘 안됨. 숙박기간에 도시행사로 도로통제 되어서 호텔주차장에 밤 12시까지 접근못함. 호텔측 무성의로.

That’s amazing

The hotel was centrally located and walking distance to anywhere you want to go as a tourist. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very nice and clean. My complain is about the breakfast that gets so busy that there is a line up for everything and everything run out very quickly and you have to wait. Also the pool is really tiny. Overall I liked it and I’ll go back. Just avoid going for breakfast between 8:30-9:30.

I had a mostly positive experience staying here. The only issue I had was during check-in was that I wasn’t aware of the required security deposit, which should’ve been made clear by Expedia. That said, the hotel staff were incredibly patient and helpful, even while I was on the phone with my bank. Their customer service really stood out. The room was spotless, modern, comfortable, and immaculately clean. It had everything I needed and felt well-maintained. The gym was basic, but functional. The free Wi-Fi was the biggest downside. It was good enough for reading manga and checking the news but kept disconnecting and couldn’t handle streaming or downloads. I didn’t upgrade to the premium Wi-Fi since my stay was for a week. The location was excellent, it was safe and walkable to the convention center and nearby attractions. It felt like any major North American city, but I appreciated how easy it was to get around. The most memorable part of the stay was how clean and safe the hotel felt. While the price was on the higher side, I believe it was worth it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The room, reception and facility in general are great. The breakfast time was terrible due to so many people. I think it is a shared space for both Hampton Inn and Homewood suites. There was no enough space to sit. There wasn’t enough food items as well. The other major problem is the access in and out of the garage. The permit paper given to me for my three nights stay didn’t work most of the time and I had to go to the reception multiple times to program. It wasn’t a nice experience. Add to this the impolite and the unprofessional attitude of the manager on duty late Sunday night of my stay (June29). Overall nice place, great room but very poor service

Great hotel very clean and comfortable

Quiet, clean and great for families.

Breakfast area insufficient to accommodate the guests. Insufficient searing. Had to wait 10 minutes to find a table. Ran out of utensils at 9:00 am Fri June 27.

Amazing hotel

The bedroom and bathroom are spacious. AC worked well. There is a garage that connects to hotel. Central location close to everything. First batch of towel was raggedy. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Need to request for room service.

The AC is too noisy. The parking is at smaller size comparing to Ontario. We run out of shampoo on the 2nd night.

Nice hotel and good location

I was actually planning on giving it a five star. We stayed a total of 3 nighs. I asked for housekeeping services three times to three different people and it was not done. The last lady at the reception was the nicest. A handwritten note was left in our room apologizing for the inconvenience. But, housekeeping services were still not done. Other than this incident, rooms are clean, a wide variety of breakfast and location is awesome. Walking distance to all the touristy areas. Another thing to note is Hampton Inn is together with home suite Inn they’re both by Hilton. Our room had a kitchenette which we didn’t ask for. The chance of you getting a room in home suite is there. I personally did not have an issue with it however it’s good to know.
