가격대비 괜찮았어요. 단 아침식사에 사람이 너무 많아서 좀 불편했어요

호텔 위치상 관광하거나 식사하기 좋은 편임. 다만 객실 청소가 느려서 불편했음. 관광 후 오후 2시 30분경 돌아왔는데 청소가 안되어 있었음

Good location!

직원들은 정말 친절했습니다. 조식 포함이라 편리하고, 맛도 괜찮았습니다. 방 내부 콘센트 몇개가 작동 안되는 것만 빼면 전반적으로 위치, 친절, 편의, 교통, 조식 전부 맘에 듭니다.

7박을 하는동안 침대정리가 잘 안되어있기도하고 ㅕ일중 요청시에만 침구 바꿔줌. 타월교체도 잘 안됨. 숙박기간에 도시행사로 도로통제 되어서 호텔주차장에 밤 12시까지 접근못함. 호텔측 무성의로.

Pool is small but the kids loved it. If you’re an adult, expect to get splashed. Lots of loungers and cozy couches, 2 fire bowls. Clean fresh room, but the conditioner was empty and the shampoo ran out by day 2. Staff quickly refilled the conditioner. Great breakfast and lots of room if you go early. Lovely front staff!

Breakfast area was overcrowded. Not enough seating, long lines and not enough staff to keep up with restocking or clearing tables.

Nice room. Without carpet! Nice buffet for breakfast. Nearby Palais des Congrès. Very nice!

Our stay was very good. The only thing that was anoying was that the AC flow would go on the bed by the window, strait on your head wich made it hard to fall asleep. Other than that we liked it a lot. And the location is awesome to visit the old Montréal, chinatown and other central down town places.

I was there for a short work conference at the Palais Congress. There was a large party the second night I was there that were drunk and extremely combative out front of the hotel. Fights almost broke out and security seemed incapable of managing the situation. While my time in the city was great, this stained what was an otherwise pleasant stay at this hotel.

Good size room, excellent location and super duper awesome waffle and cereal.

Hotel located at foot of Montreal Chinatown and 10 minute walk east to the Old Port area or west to St. Catherines street. Lots of places to eat and experience nearby. Beware, there’s a support services building a block away for the homeless. Some will wander the local streets. That’s part of being downtown in the big city. Front desk staff are helpful, they can hold your luggage on arrival and departure. The housekeeping staff work hard in this busy hotel. The rooms are clean, although our room had a distinct fresh wallpaper glue smell. Room safe, wifi, tv, mini fridge, microwave, in room coffee/tea, strong AC, black out curtains, shower products. Free breakfast and large dining area with TVs adjacent to lobby gets very busy. The buffet set up not great, most people have limited manners, this area under-staffed. The breakfast food average, selection and quantity limited, chia pudding was the favourite. Nice to grab a bite before heading out for the day. Hot water, tea, and coffee available 24 hours, drinking fountain near the lobby washrooms. Area in lobby to purchase snacks and essentials. Two sets of elevators although one set only goes to 6th floor. They rent out the 6th Floor for events so the building can get busy on those nights. Parking underground and metro nearby, however uber or walking most convenient.

Clean property with nice amenities, well situated in downtown close to Old Montreal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great but would love to see some food sensitivity labelling and gluten-free options for my celiac partner. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were good, bed comfortable, rooftop pool area really nice! Breakfast was good but really busy, take out containers available.

Located between old Montreal and where Jazz festival was being held… great location

Clean rooms. Breakfast was great. Staff were pleasant and welcoming.

Everyone was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back.

Clean room, shower was great. Unfortunately, the check-in and room selection options on the app didn’t reflect what we ultimately received during in-person check-in. Otherwise had a nice stay.
