우리는 패밀리룸으로 업그레이드되었고, 환대가 정말 좋았습니다!

체크인은 1600시에 했지만, 와이파이는 하루 종일, 밤새도록 작동하지 않았습니다.

객실에 병에 담긴 물이 없습니다. 호텔에서 준비한 유리 병이며 객실 밖에서 물을 채울 수 있습니다(엘리베이터 구역). 변기에 호스가 없습니다. 대신 비데를 사용하세요. 🤭, 모두 괜찮습니다.

직원들은 친절합니다. 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 전망은 훌륭합니다. 시설은 좋았습니다. 청결함은 좋았습니다.

Great hotel. Away from crowd. There's also restaurant at the hotel for dining. Otherwise, 10mins driveout there's plenty to eat.

Faster check in with friendly and helpful staff. Enjoy the room with clean and comfortable bed, noiseless over the night, sleep tight with the room temperature. Swimming pool have kids pool. Breakfast nice with choices. But the table no much and can't meet the people for holiday. Wonderful staycation day for me.

패밀리 스위트룸에서 2박을 묵었는데 정말 좋았습니다. 호텔 객실은 아주 새롭고 깨끗했고, 침대는 놀라울 정도로 편안하고 품질도 좋았습니다. 패밀리 스위트룸에는 소파베드도 있어서 활용도가 높았습니다. TV에는 휴대폰 연결 기능이 있어서 아들에게 만화를 틀어줄 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 호텔 바로 아래에는 빅박스 쇼핑몰이 있어서 여러 레스토랑, 엔터테인먼트 시설, 쇼핑을 편리하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 레고랜드도 가까워서 차로 금방 갈 수 있었습니다. 하지만 토요일 아침에 레고랜드에 갈 곳을 찾는 데 애를 먹어 결국 차로 가야 했습니다. 서비스 직원들은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 특히 체크인 카운터에서 따뜻하고 전문적인 서비스를 보여준 관계 관리자 비비엔에게 감사드립니다. 또한 3월 5일 레스토랑에서 아침 식사 때 줄을 서서 기다리게 한 매니저에게도 최고의 서비스를 제공했습니다. 일요일 오전 9시 이후에 줄이 정말 길었음에도 불구하고, 그는 뒷줄에 앉은 손님 중 한 명에게 친구들이 아침 식사를 거의 다 먹었을 때 식당에서 친구 테이블에 앉으려면 줄을 서야 한다고 설명하며 공평하게 대했습니다. 호텔 측에서 주말 성수기 아침 시간에 긴 줄을 서지 않도록 객실 내 조식 서비스를 제공하는 방안을 검토해 볼 수 있을 것 같습니다. 또한, 제 아들이 놀이공원보다 이 호텔이 더 좋았다고 하니, 가족들을 호텔로 유치하기 위해 화장실 세면대 옆에 어린이용 의자를 마련하는 것도 고려 중입니다.

Nice, clean and spacious room. Bed is very comfortable. Highly recommended. Will definite come again.

Being asked to sit at the pool side is our own fault by going down late. We are fine to sit at the pool side for breakfast, but not fine with food been slashed with water by kids playing at the pool. We went to take our food, came back to our seats found that there are used cups on our table which not used by us. Down part will be the location too deep inside and not much malls and eating place. The overall experience of this hotel is good. Staff there are helpful and friendly, room decent, cozy and clean. Will give 3.5 star out of 5 (location and the pool side incident.).

First class stay and facilities. Breakfast can be better.

1. The family suite is great for family of 4.2. Comfortable and clean room. 3. Breakfast is good. 4. Surround got choice of food for kids. 5. Swimming pool area should improve as got guest seating at pool area table smoking and children swimming and letting them having secondhand smoke.

Spacious room, clean bathroom, great pool 👍.

The hotel is near to legoland about 10 mins drive. For food around the hotel a bit more expensive and the closing time about 8-9pm. The hotel room itself is very spacious with sofa bed. The hotel breakfast buffet consider less choices and no changes during our 4d3n stay. Children above 6 yrs old need to pay child price.
