최근 라마다 앙코르 바이 윈덤 차이나타운 쿠알라룸푸르에 숙박했는데, 전반적으로 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점 중 하나는 위치입니다. 차이나타운 중심부에 위치하여 세븐일레븐과 같은 편의점, 수많은 레스토랑, 쇼핑가, 그리고 다양한 현지 상점들로 둘러싸여 있습니다. 중국 음식, 할랄 음식, 또는 다른 종류의 식사를 원하든, 도보 거리 내에서 다양한 선택지를 찾을 수 있습니다. 또한, 이 지역은 밤에도 활기가 넘치며, 레스토랑, 카페, 엔터테인먼트 시설들이 늦게까지 영업하기 때문에 야간 관광을 즐기는 여행객들에게 편리한 곳입니다. 호텔 자체는 깨끗하고 편안하며 가격도 합리적입니다. 직원들은 숙박 기간 내내 친절하고 도움이 되었으며, 객실은 잘 관리되어 있었고 편안한 숙박에 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 다만, 호텔 주변의 교통 상황은 아쉬운 점입니다. 힌두 사원 옆에 위치하고 비교적 좁고 번잡한 거리에 있어, 특히 낮과 저녁 시간에 교통 체증이 심한 편입니다. 호텔 로비 바로 앞에는 전용 하차 구역이나 주차 공간이 없어 택시나 차량 공유 서비스 차량이 보통 길가에 잠시 정차해야 합니다. 많은 경우, 운전자는 교통 체증을 피하기 위해 승객에게 빨리 타고 내리라고 요청합니다. 또한 호텔로 가는 길이 약간 경사져 있어 투숙객은 길가에서 호텔 입구까지 짧은 거리를 걸어가야 하는 경우가 많습니다. 택시나 차량 공유 서비스를 요청할 때는 호텔 내부보다는 길가에서 기다리는 것이 더 편리합니다. 차량이 오랫동안 정차하면 교통 체증을 유발할 수 있기 때문입니다. 대부분의 여행객에게는 큰 문제가 아닐 수 있지만, 노약자, 어린 자녀, 많은 짐 또는 거동이 불편한 사람과 함께 여행하는 경우에는 고려해야 할 사항입니다. 전반적으로 라마다 앙코르 바이 윈덤 차이나타운 쿠알라룸푸르는 가격 대비 훌륭한 가치, 깨끗한 객실, 친절한 서비스, 그리고 차이나타운 관광에 최적의 위치를 제공합니다. 하지만 편리한 차량 접근성과 편리한 하차 구역이 중요하다면 예약 전에 호텔 주변 교통 상황을 고려해야 합니다.

중급 호텔치고는 괜찮은 숙박이었습니다. 장점: * 샤워기 수압이 좋았습니다. * 객실 크기가 적당했습니다. * 객실에서 메나라 타워가 보였습니다. * 헤어드라이어와 슬리퍼가 제공되었습니다. * 근처에 인도 음식점이 많아 인도 음식을 좋아한다면 좋은 위치입니다. * 푸두라야 버스 정류장 바로 맞은편에 있어 겐팅행 버스를 탈 수 있습니다. 단점: * 객실에 작은 거울조차 없었습니다. * 객실 청소 직원이 불친절했습니다. - 체크인 직후, 이전 투숙객이 사용한 수건이 문 뒤에 걸려 있었고, 화장지도 없었습니다. - 둘째 날 샤워젤이 다 떨어졌는데 교체해 주지 않았습니다. - 트리플룸에 4박을 했는데 바디로션을 교체해 주지 않았습니다. - 둘째 날 밤 이후 침대 시트를 교체해 달라는 표시를 했지만, 교체해 주지 않았습니다.

The ratio between bedroom: bathroom, was like 40:60, the bedroom was very small, even my medium luggage has difficulty to unload. The room wasn't soundproof at all, there 's a lot of noise from the aisle from neighbors, in the morning and evening. There 's no free water dispenser. Lift seems wasn't maintained, there 's 1 time I & other stuck inside, and the brake activated, and the lift going down slowly to LG floor, please do make a maintenance. The room was clean and standard. Location: was good, near petaling street chinatown.

Ruangan sangat sempit, tidak diberi tisu toilet dan tisu ruangan, kena torism tax yang katanya belum belum include di pemesanan online.

Overall hotel oke, bersih dan staf ramah. Hanya pada saat check in kita di mintain bayar pajak lagi sebesar RM 20 karena tidak termasuk pajak. Tolong teliti dan membaca dulu, karena pada saat saya booking tidak ada keterangan kalo belum include pajak.

Ternyata bukan Chinatown sih. Tapi masih oke dan lumayan bersih.

Would choose another hotel. The lift was broken when I was staying there and there 's somebody stuck inside. The bathroom was kind of humid.

Small room but cosy and comfortable. Too noisy at night, the voice from the outside was too loud, we can hear the people talked clearly.

The reception is very good explanation and humble. Room is very clean and spacey. I would like to come here again next time.

Hotel bersih, lokasi banyak kuliner dan dekat dengan LRT, staff ramah.

Rsepsionis kurang porfesional, waktu untuk check in terlalu lama, kamar belum tersedia pada saat mau check in, ac kurang dingin.

Kamarnya luas, lumayan bersih tapi parkiran susah.

Hotel nya bagus nyaman, walau agak kecil tp semua nya serba baru, kasurnya empuk tidur nya nyaman banget, harga llumayan terjangkau, recommended.

Staffs were very supportive and friendly. Room are cleaned and quite. Can walk river, bus station and china town, grab fee is 9-10 ringgits from hotel to Thean Hou Temple and Bukit Bitang, Petronas. Nice location.

Checked in for the first room, inside was very dirty and looking somebody use the room before and then enters the room, the bath tower looked like is used before and did not change. The door is broken and the bed has only one pillow. After complaint and change another room. Checked in the new room, looks like best than the first checked-in room. After going out and back into the room, only see some food hidden inside the cloth board (top sideboard). The cleaner was not clean after the customer checked out. The safety box is very dirty and can't use and the surface has dust. The tower hanging behind the door is used by others but cleaners are not clean and taken out from the bathroom. After checking in, I go take one new tower because only see one tower inside the room. After going out and back, they only know why only left one tower. Another tower is used by others after the cleaner cleans the room. Another problem is bath soap and hair shampoo is the same. Not different. One soap from another customer below the water bowl. See the uploaded picture, dirty and full of bacteria mould? Very disappointed to stay at this hotel and outside the hotel name still did not change. It will be hard to find because booking name (Ramada Encore) but staying at city xxx hotel

The service was good. However, the location was not really strategic, the room was pretty narrow, the safebox was not provided. The check-in procedure took quite a long time.
