Need to wait 2 hour because rooms are full, they forgot to turn off the availability. Quite confusing to check-in, no proper instructions which building, need to keep asking around. The person-in-change (Ms. Mala) don't even pickup my calls, the ladies at counter helped me & provide me necessary details. Arrive at 8.15pm, got my room at 10.30pm. The ladies said I can late check-out because of this, lol. First enter the room, the cigarette smells very strong. Also! So many cockroaches! Had to request to repellent spray. The floor quite sticky. Wifi very very slow. Had to be patient to watch TV, the android box lagging. If you want to watch netflix, just forget it. They don't provide, need to enter passcode. Got 2 queen bed, with extra 1 single bed. Air conditioner works well. Some ceiling lights not working. Bathroom just ok. Should be more clean. Water heater works well. Decoration is good. Check out at 3pm, easy just return key. Oh btw has to pay RM20 for parking ya.
