침실이나 베란다에서 보는 버즈칼리프 뷰는 완벽했습니다. 호텔 지하에는 마트가 있어서 이용이 편리했습니다. 단, 이동하려면 택시를 타야하는 접근성이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

Amazing stay & friendly staff

Breakfast was good and at a good time. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Do not go to this hotel. I had a very disappointing experience at SLS Dubai. The service was extremely poor, and I was charged approximately $165 on my card without my authorization. Despite my efforts to get clarification, the issue was not handled satisfactorily. I strongly recommend that guests carefully review all charges and keep records of any transactions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning. I hope the hotel investigates this matter and resolves it appropriately.

I arrived to find that the room I had reserved was not available a that I was “upgraded “ to a duplex loft. I don’t like duplexes and I don’t like lofts. There weee no simplex rooms available even though the hotel was virtually empty. The Carna steakhouse was not open.

Amazing hotel Great staff Great Facilities

I am not able to give this hotel a full 5 stars because of a couple of reasons 1. I slipped on the bathroom floor because the housekeeping person did not wipe it dry during his makeover. 2. the hotel does not really have a lobby. and whatever small space it has - has no seating. 3. there are three different elevators you need to take in order to move around the hotel. Otherwise the rooms are fabulous - very airy, well lit, high ceilings - comfortable bed, etc. etc. The staff is courteous...and everything else is great. Thanks.

The ambiance is simply beyond beautiful. Very unique and unforgettable. The staff are great, The pool. The views sensational Filia Ristorante is a great choice of fine Italian food. Chef Celia and Team will deliver the unexpected for you. I would recommend SLS.

The hospitality was amazing. All the staff were helpful and very friendly. The food served was delicious and room service arrived so fast! This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had, definitely will be returning!

Room was nice. Booked a desert tour with the concierge and the photos/description was inaccurate to what I actually went to. After approaching them to let them know, they did not do anything about it. Just offered a random tour that I was not interested in.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here, the customer service was top notch from the moment you arrive, bell man, check in, security etc. Room was clean and nothing was lacking, everything went well, the only down side is the elevator takes up a lot of your time and my balcony was extremely dusty besides that I would go back. My room had Burj Khalif view 10/10.

Awesome place to stay

Loved staying at this hotel. Spacious, well designed rooms and striking design. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only issue I found is the dim lighting in the lobby and bar area!
