전체 평가 및 리뷰 The Nines Hotel Melaka

위치는 좋고, 당시 호텔은 꽤 새것이고, 충분히 깨끗하며, 직원은 괜찮고, 시설은 괜찮고, 주차 공간은 그렇게 크지는 않지만 충분합니다.

숙박이 매우 나빴습니다. 방이 더럽고 시끄러웠습니다. 방 구석에 죽은 벌레가 있었습니다. 현재 숙박에 불만족스럽습니다. 내일 방을 바꿔달라고 요청해야 하는데, 매우 실망스럽습니다.

객실은 깨끗하고 직원은 친절하며, 위치도 전략적입니다. 존커 스트리트까지 차로 단 5분 거리입니다.

모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 넓은 객실과 편안한 침대.

친절하고 도움이 되는 직원, 편안한 숙박, 호텔 내부와 분위기를 좋아해요. 카페테리아 컨셉도 좋아요! 근처에 편의점/할랄 매장이 있었으면 좋겠어요.

매우 훌륭하고 넓은 호텔이며 가격도 저렴합니다.

이곳은 매우 멋지게 디자인되어 있고 예쁩니다. 제 아이들이 정말 좋아해요! 직원들도 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 유일한 단점은 호텔 뒤편의 주차 공간이 제한되어 있다는 것입니다. 맞은편에 대체 주차장이 있지만 호텔이 우회전하는 번잡한 교차로에 위치해 있어 도로를 건너기가 조금 어렵습니다.

Kamarnya luas dan bersih sangat menyenangkan.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, bày trí gọn gàng sạch đẹp. Tuy nhiên, wifi không sử dụng được sóng khá yếu. Vị trí: đi bộ ra chợ Jonker khoảng 15 phút, cũng hơi xa tẹo

Kamarnya luas dan nyaman, namun untuk ke area red square masih berjarak -+1 KM dan belum support trotoar yang layak untuk pejalan kaki.

오래된 호텔인데 정말 아름다워요. 침실이 넓고, 천장이 높고, 욕실이 깨끗합니다. 모든 직원이 친절하고 열정적입니다. 집 같은 느낌.

Fantastic stay room is clean and wifi is OK.

Sangat menikmati menginap di sini. Karena dekat dengan Jonker Walk, cukup berjalan kaki kurang lebih 15 menit.

I was impressed by the size of the family room, it was like a studio apartment size. The staffs were friendly and accommodating, when we came the room was not ready, and when we came back the staff mentioned that she already turned the AC on. 😍 really happy came to chilled room after the heat of jonker street.

Very very good hotel. We have a pleasant stay.

The room and toilet is not cleaned. There were unpleasant smell.

First night was pretty OK, staffs are friendly at the front desk and everything went OK. However during the second day, when we went back to the room around 10plus, our room was cleaned up! I didn't request for a room clean at all! I have many valuable items in the room, in the event something is missing, who is going to take responsible? All my passports and ic are in my bed which I left it in the room, wat happen if one of your staff took a picture of our details and use it somewhere else? Is this the type of service the hotel is providing? Going into people room without their permission is not acceptable at all! Also, there is a cockroach found alive in our room! I was totally not expecting that as I have stayed in many hotels before and none of it has a cockroach in their rooms! Furthermore, there's a lizard shit found on the bed as well. After which, we called the front desk to send someone up to get rid of the cockroach as well as changing of the bedsheet. I was surprised they didn't provide service recovery at all, not even an apology to us! This really make me very disappointed as I have seen many good review about this hotel but this happens.
