Nyaman sekali tempatnya dan rapih.

Kamar mandinya bau pesing banget kayak toilet umum. Sampai mau kencing saja mual-mual karena aroma kamar mandi yang sangat bau, mandi juga cepat-cepatan. Sepertinya jarang dibersihkan, pas tamu mau dateng saja baru dibersihkan karena pas awal dateng kamar mandinya masih basah. Untuk sprei sepertinya tidak diganti karena ngeres banget dan bikin gatal-gatal, sampai saya beli kain pantai lagi untuk alas. Kolam renangnya juga sangat kotor, niat menginap ingin sambil berenang tp melihat kolamnya yang kotor jadi enggan. Ga tau ya apa karena saya dari singaraja diberikan kualitas kamar yang kurang baik. Tapi tamu luar bali diberikan kamar yang baik karena saya lihat riview cukup bagus jadi berani untuk menginap di sini. Ternyata pengalaman yang saya dapet sangat mengecewakan.

Keren hotel sangat bagus bersih.

I went to the hotel at 6.00 PM but there is nobody at the reception and I had to wait for 3 hours until the staff came. Which was very unprofessional. The other day, I extend my stay and made my booking the staff keep asking me If I haven't paid yet then they check their system and my reservation is already made. It's super annoying. On the same day, they forgot to give me a compliment such as water etc, so when I was about to check out, I was asking for the water, and she wanted to check the CCTV because she doubted whether I was lying or not. So unrespectful! I mean I can afford to stay there of course I can just buy two bottles of water. Why should I lie? Please don't stay at this hotel. Never again!
