깨끗하고 밝은 호텔이지만 규모는 작습니다. 깨끗하고 편안하며 심플한 호텔을 좋아하는 분들에게 강력 추천합니다. 새것처럼 깨끗하고 하얀 시트가 깔린 편안한 매트리스(푹신하지 않음) 조명(밝음)과 콘센트가 많아 전자기기 충전이 용이합니다. 에어컨이 침대를 향해 있어서 위치가 조금 불편합니다. 세면대가 욕실 밖(욕실 밖)에 있는 것은 흔하지 않지만 욕실 활동을 방해하지 않아 실용적입니다. 옷장은 욕실과 분리되어 있습니다. 깨끗하고 심플하지만 비누와 옷걸이는 없습니다. 욕실은 흰색과 녹색 타일 벽과 크림색 바닥으로 되어 있고, 원목 가구가 없어 깨끗하고 산뜻하며 밝습니다. 옷과 수건을 놓을 수 있는 유리 선반은 있지만 수건걸이는 없습니다. 침실 원목 가구에 지저분한 부분이 있어 보기 좋지 않습니다. 위치: 걸어서 갈 수 있는 식당이 많지 않고, 주변이 사무실(밤에는 어두움)입니다. 전반적으로: 편안하고 깨끗한 호텔입니다.

최근 조호르 바루의 홍수로 인해 1월 12일에 호텔에 이메일을 보내 1월 18일 숙박에 대한 예약 환불을 요청했습니다. 홍수로 인해 호텔 접근성에 영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문입니다. 아무런 답변이 없었고 IHG가 더 나은 고객 서비스를 제공하고 환불을 수락할지 여부와 관계없이 최소한 요청/질문에 응답하기를 바랐습니다. 다른 사이트에서 IHG를 자주 이용하는 고객으로서 실망스러웠습니다.

가족과 함께 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다. 저는 침실 2개가 있는 방을 예약했는데 4인 가족에게는 꽤 넓었습니다. 또한 소파, 전자레인지, 칼 세트도 있었습니다. JB의 관광 명소 중 하나인 탄 히옥 거리까지 걸어갈 수 있습니다.

침실 2개짜리 스위트는 가격대비 가치가 있었습니다. 정말 차가운 조절식 에어컨이 있는 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮았습니다. 제공되는 음식의 품질 면에서 더 나을 수 있었을 것입니다. 전반적으로 JB에서 머물기에 좋은 호텔입니다. 다시 방문할 것입니다.

Great room service and food is good but lamb chop not available on day of stay. The shuttle bus frequency should be improved to better appeal to business travellers.

Room is small but has all necessities. Breakfast included as well, but location a bit secluded area-not recommended to go out alone at night. Had to pay tax of 10RM per night

Service: good. Room: small and compact. Having sinki nxt to the bed was quite weird. Toothbrush, hair dryer, provided in the room. Parking: provided for guest. I had no problem getting parking spot.

Very good hotel, value for money, located quite in the middle of jb city. Reception, room, breakfast every is excellent, if you drive or ride your own vehicle, you might need a touchngo card to enter parking lot.

highly recommended fresh and clean good wifi and meals

Saya senang menginap disini, kamar bersih, pelayanan ramah, free shuttle bus, Makanan lumayan enak, worth it untuk kami yang sedang berlibur atau berobat dijohor. Hanya saja kamar mandi kemarin ada yang kurang bersih sedikit tapi not bad lah. Lain waktu akan menginap di swiss inn lagi. Thanks swiss inn.

It's 3rd time me & family stay in Swiss Inn JB, we like the location, quite & cozy place, quick check in/out, good breakfast and friendly staff. AC at room #801 (2nd room) was not functionally work, it stop every 1 minute after turn on. Tried change the setting but can't work. So we just let it off. Bathroom clogged at room #625 on our 2nd day. Maintenance guy response very fast and after checked he suggest to change the room, so we moved to room #644 that night.
