For those who have been here, the location could be subjective. It’s 10 minutes walk from interesting places so maybe that’s a negative or positive, but to me it is a positive thing; meaning it’s less crowded with a nice quiet comfort surroundings but if you get the front room next to the road, you will hear traffic during the daytime, but during the night time, it quieten down quite a bit. The room is AWESOME. Clean, comfortable, with refrigerator and safe, lots of clean towels and very nice pillows and a comfortable bed. The hotel has an adjacent restaurant you could order from and the price is consistent to the level of clientele it serves I never really ordered from them. The staff were very helpful and friendly. True for most places in Thailand. I really have no complaints. It’s pretty much perfect for what I needed and was looking for. So yes, I recommend this place especially for couples.

This was a cozy villa for a group of three.

The room was spotless, specious and comfortable. The kitchenette was a Nice to have, as it allowed us to buy some fruits and salads for snacks and light dinners when needed. Super friendly staff, specially E who made our breakfast extra special everyday, Fern, who was always attentive and caring about our comfort and needs, and Phoe, who's smile and friendliness made us feel at home. Really everyone was super nice. Just don't remember all their names. We got to spend Thai New Year's Festival, Songkran, at Chian Mai. What a wonderful experience! And the hotel location is perfect for being right in the fun! Will definitely return to Chiang Mai and Villa Alana. Thank youuuu.

We enjoyed our time at this property. It was clean, tidy, good options for breakfast. The staff were lovely.

The hotel is amazing, a very upscale and beautiful space. The staff are fantastic. The only issue is it is located on a very busy street that is almost impossible to cross. While the place is beautiful I would not book here again due to the busy street (for the price).

Very good service. Staffs are very nice. Breakfast is very delicious. The hotel is not convenience.

Amazing property! I would not hesitate to stay here again. Very close to the old city, right next to a 7-11 and a Starbucks. Super clean villa with exceptional service. The front staff always had a smile and were happy to help with local recommendations. The only small draw back is that our Villa faced the main road and it was noisy at night. If you are a deep sleeper you will be fine.

Penthouse was beautiful, real sell is the staff.

Friendly staff

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Even during Songkran, the noise subsided around 9pm and it was a very restful night. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on. Only downside is that the AC in the room doesn't seem strong enough to cool the room, but there was a big ceiling fan to distribute the cool air.

The staff are incredible. Left my backpack on a taxi and they were able to track it down for me. Very polite and kind staff. Good breakfast options. Highly recommend Villa Alanna

Aside from the noise from the road everything was perfect!
