Very disappointed restaurant was mediocre at best especially considering the high prices staff not accommodating at all spent my birthday here not even a happy birthday beach towels were all stained .. beautiful property I could do without the elevator music at the pool will not be returning

Overall great hotel.

We chose this resort to spend our 25th anniversary in hopes that it was secluded, quiet, and memorable. It delivered way above our hopes! Our goal is to return here every year from here on out!! Absolutely stunning resort and the most incredible, respectful staff!

Amazing property

Our stay at Rock House was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The property is stunning, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. Every detail of the resort feels luxurious while still being warm and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, the views were breathtaking, and the entire atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always friendly, attentive, and accommodating. From the beautiful grounds to the exceptional service, everything exceeded our expectations. We traveled as a family and had an amazing experience. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend Rock House to anyone visiting Providenciales. Truly one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed.

Incredible amenities, beautiful location with sustainability and island preservation in mind, friendly helpful staff and exceptional service. Breakfast is fresh and delicious and a splurge on dinner at the restaurant was well worth it. At Rock House, a natural habitat will surround you - plenty peace and time to relax and breathe in the floral blooms and cool ocean air. For us, on this windward side of the island, most of our 3 day sea conditions (late May) flew yellow/red (no sea craft) flags, but that didn’t limit snorkeling on the reef, or endless sea shell hunting in crystal clear shallows - sea turtle, colorful fish, gulls, pelicans, small salamanders, crab. sea cucumber and small sting rays. 10/10

We absolutely loved our stay. Our room had a beautiful view. The best part of Rock House besides Rocky the kitty was the staff. Shoutouts to Benjamin Francesca and Merline! We were treated with smiles and kindness. You want for nothing. Enjoy

Staff are super friendly and ambience felt upscale and seclusive, very few kids and sway from the hotel zone. We loved it.

The hotel is trying to charge us double. Additional taxes saying Expedia rate was included and additional taxes are due.

AMAZING EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. NO NEED TO BRING YR TOLIETRIES , LOL THEY HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. FOOD WAS SO GREAT , DRINKS AND MOST OF ALL STAFF. WONDERFUL. THE POOL WAS PERFECT AND ROOMS SO CLEAN... STEAMER WAS THE BEST , COFFEE WATER EVERYTHING.. BUT I JUST NEEDED A FULL MIRROR!! HAHAH IM TOO SHORT .. SO IF THEY COLD ADD THAT TO THE ROOMS .. GOLDEN .. We had an amazing stay at Rock House. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our entire stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the beautiful endless outdoor pool with breathtaking ocean and beach views…absolutely perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful grounds with incredible views from all the rooms. We had one of the ocean view rooms that also was above the pool which could be an issue if you’re really sensitive to noise and want to sleep in past 9am. Pool is gorgeous. Beach activities were really fun and you can swim with fish in the water. Gym was awesome. Breakfast was really good- many options on the à la carte menu and you can order whatever you want, would be nice if it was open until 11am (open till 10:30). Staff was really nice and helpful. It is not walking distance to anything notable. You will need taxis- we found someone who the hotel got for us for our first trip who was awesome and charged less than ride services which was great.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at...Food, atmosphere, people, views, and everything else...PERFECT!!

Very well maintained facility. Rooms are beautiful and have great amenities. The hotel was very convenient for getting to beaches and the airport. We enjoyed a room with the view over the pool. We will be back.

Rock House was divine! Truly the Capri of the Carribbean. We had the private toom with its own pool and that was next level relaxation experience. The food: exquisite. The people: brilliantly attentive. Honest issue: breaker went iff on one circuit twice. Unsure why. But that was the only hiccup. We’ll keep going for a truly deep relaxation experience, we now delightfully call “manatee mode”!
