전체 평가 및 리뷰 The First Collection Dubai Jumeirah Village Circle, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

방은 넓고 깨끗했지만 나머지가 별로에요 피트니스센터에는 런닝머신 두개와 기구 한두개 밖에 없고 식당에는 사람이 너무 많아 앉을 자리도 없고 커피나 음료도 부족하고 자리 안내도 없고 테이블도 치워져있지 않아 한참을 돌아다녀야 했습니다. 옆건물 공사때문에 파티오에는 시멘트가루가 날립니다. 편의시설 면적이 방 수에 비해 너무 적은듯 합니다.

This property was nice. I enjoyed my stay. However, the communication was off between the staff and the guests. I stayed here for 5 nights and no one came to clean our room or give us any towels or tissue, we had to ask as well as for my daughet birthday celebration

Nice hotel, the private beach was also nice touch. Friendly staff.

Bellissima Struttura con lido privato a Dubai, ottima ed abbondante colazione. Camere spaziose e modernissime, letto comodo e personale gentile e qualificato! Unica pecca la presenza di numerosi cantieri operativi h24 nelle vicinanze!

Eigentlich ein modernes Stadthotel mit einer phantastischen Bar im 29 OG, aber der Rest ist eigentlich nur Fassade. Das Zimmer im 39sten Stock mit Jacuzzi ist schon beeindruckend aber das Zimmer im Verhältnis zur Terrasse viel zu klein. Nachts ist Schlaf quasi unmöglich, da ständig irgendwelche Aggregate im Hotel einen irrsinnigen Lärm machen. Frühstück sehr unorganisiert und hektisch, kein Service am Tisch auch kein Kaffeeservice o.ä. Die Lounge war sehr enttäuschend, begrenzte Auswahl, z.B. 2 Tage keine normale Cola verfügbar ?!, mit stets bemühten Personal. Die Englischkenntnisse sind nur rudimentär, es ist schwierig Bestellungen aufzugeben.

There was a lot of construction activity, and there was concrete dust, debris, and a lot of noise. The breakfast service was horrible, dirty, and unprofessional. The hotel was packed with what seemed like "shady" activity. The valet service was unprofessional. The workers there were often yelling at each other or at the taxi drivers. The pool area was full of dust and debris from the high-rise buildings being constructed on both sides of the property. I will never stay in the place again.

Great Hotel with wonderful service.

The pool was to small to accommodate that large of a hotel and being fair skin I don't go out until after 3:00pm and pool closed at 6:00 pm and construction over pool a little scared accident is only a word until it happens! Breakfast was great but can't get into pool after to crowded!

This hotel was nice, very quiet

The private beach is no where near the hotel. Need a taxi to reach there . The staff were excellent and good service . The room was good size but the room smelled bad as if it was not cleaned up properly after the previous occupants.

The 2nd year we have stayed here and the hotel is great.Staff so friendly,rooms very clean,choice of food excellent.We hope to come back and stay for a 3rd time.
