Great for a concert and day at Darien lake Park

Bedroom could be a little cleaner

•An EV charger is available on the premises, but there is no clear information at the front desk on how to use it. •The swimming pool is available but appears to be poorly maintained. •The room was very clean; however, there was an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom door was not functioning properly.

Great hotel just needs minor renovations. The bathroom was a bit run down. Breakfast was great! Staff was wonderful!!

I would go back

I got charge 100$ “non refundable” bc I decide to make a decoration in the hotel… when I ask and ask why, the only answer I got was “our cleaning department charge you an extra feed for the balloons on the ceiling, because they needed to be scraped out the roof” I’m upset bc the charge me 3 times different amounts each times and 2 of them supposedly being refunded if not used I called to be notified there are not going to be refunded … I don’t think i will never comeback!

The front desk person Arthur, was an absolute gem. We had a room next to someone who was incredibly noisy and he was very professional and efficient and helped us change our room to somewhere quieter. This man deserves a raise for sure.

Nice stay

Nice quiet and affordable

Overall we had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Batavia. Very clean staff was very friendly and it was close to Batavia Downs and the casino offered a free shuttle which ran until midnight.

Arthur at the front desk was super helpful, courteous and thoughtful to give us extra towels when we checked in. He explained all amenities and answered any questions we had. Appreciate his warm hospitality and friendly face, gave me the best first impression of the Hotel! The room was large, spacious, and very clean. The small details like the two low pieces of furniture to place your suitcase on. Loved the comfy arm chair and beds with an extra comforter already available in the closet. The bathroom was also large and with nice partition between sink and toilet and a huge bathtub with adequate lighting. Could not find my name in reservations because after 30 minutes of frustration finally they found my reservation under my middlename instead of my last name- i had to log into mobile data- $14😡 to try to find confirmation number. Not sure if this was fault of expedia or marriot

In my 7 night stay the beds were made once and trash taken out twice. The bed linen smelled horrible, comforters were dirty at the edges. Room was not vacuumed, my kid ate peanuts and the shells sat there thru out my stay.

Great-but can hear too much in other rooms

We stayed here one night during a road trip. Easy parking. Easy to find, on and off the highway. Super friendly staff. Solid breakfast and clean room with excellent heater!
