good location, not good wifi, inconvenient distance from checkin and accomodation

Le stanze vengono date in base alla disponibilità a parità di categoria. Mi è stata consegnata una stanza diversa rispetto alle foto mostrate sul sito. A detta della struttura loro forniscono la prima stanza libera a parità di servizio e le foto potrebbero differire. Ovviamente però, mi è stata data una stanza meno bella e la trovo una cosa scorretta

Mycket bra service! De var väldigt vänliga och man kunde få låna deras egna parkering mot en avgift och dessutom fick man skjuts till och från hotellet. Väldigt smidig incheckning men lite för hård säng. Saknades madrass.

Great experience here at Sunset Residence Rovinj. Very friendly staff and easy check in. Room was very clean with a large balcony and impressive bathrooms. Would recommend staying here while visiting Rovinj.

This place needs a variety of updates...A nice balcony however with full ashtray and dirt everywhere. The main door of the appartement didn't have curtain, therefore at sunrise we had full sunrise! We wouldn't not recommend this place!

Very close to old town, clean quiet.

Loved our stay at the hotel. Service was excellent. Clean, modern room. It is within walking distance to restaurants and the Old Town. Convenient parking. We had a GPS in the car to help find the hotel. Not easy to find street names. Check in and out is not at the hotel so make sure you are able to call Avora management at their number. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. 😊

The Sunset Residence was nice and good location. The bathroom sink was extremely small so water ended up on the floor but overall a nice place.

Great location, staff were friendly and beds comfortable. I was not able to get in touch prior to arrival, potentially an issue with Hotels.com but i did also try messaging directly to the whatsapp number on the property's own website and still no reply. Needs more attention on cleaning, walls and ceilings in my room had a lot of swished bugs and dirty hand marks. Lights by bed were broken and coming off wall.

This is my second stay at Sunset Residence and I appreciate their great support on early check-in and late check- out! I'm looking forward to stay a third time! thank you so much!

The room we stayed in was beautiful with use of the balcony. Bathroom was small but clean

Very clean apartment - great location. We got in after hours so no shuttle but they made the process as easy as possible

Highly responsive and reliable staff: Only thing that could have been explained better was how to obtain the key after doing the online booking. The description made it sound as if the guests would have to check in and get the key from the main office first to then head to the actual property. It was not specified someone would bring the key, therefore we ended up booking first at a hotel To avoid the hassle (since we had no car). Maybe also offer a late check in option for a fee? Both properties I stayed at were amazing. Thank you!!!

Sunset Residence is a nice-looking building with multiple units, we stayed at the top floor with a balcony. Since the roof is sloped it feels a bit crowded. Room is clean with everything needed. The communication through WhatsApp is very easy and prompt. The parking is at 10 minutes walk away, but transportation is provided which is great service.

Very well appointed apartment in a great location. Really enjoyed the outdoor patio also, extending the overall living space. Everything worked well and Avior team were very responsive.

Appartamento nuovo di zecca molto bello e pulito l’unica cosa che non hanno di comodo in Croazia sono i cuscini troppi morbidi .😂

Solo como sugerencia para entrar al baño hay un escalon muy pequeño pondria una rampa porque no se ve y uno se pega
