The place was dirty- the halls were filthy like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, the beds were uncomfortable, the settings on the tub didn’t work- handful of settings and only the on and off ones worked, the handles were leaking out of the bottom, hair in the tub when we arrived so not properly cleaned, the heater only worked on one side and that side was overly hot.

Great rate. Get what you pay for. Hotel right next to railroad track and the highway. Breakfast was very disappointing with few options mostly gone when we went. The garbages were overflowing. Smells of smoke when you first enter the lobby. There were two different sized towels in the room. I called for additional towels and they never arrived until I called again in the morning. I did receive a text stating the towels were in the dryer and it might be a while. The tv power and volume on the remote didn’t work, had to figure out how to manually change the volume.

Very pleasant stay. The pool was nice and clean. Room was also nice and clean. I will recommend this hotel to anyone. Visitors from Denmark.

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Matratze schön hart. Frühstück war gut. WiFi schnell. Dusche warm und genügend Wasserdruck. Lage wsr gut. Kroger Mc Donald, Burger King und Starbucks in der Nähe. Super nettes Personal. Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel

It’s a good value. Clean and the staff is nice. The only thing I can’t stand is the room doors, at least on the third floor, aren’t the right size for their frames. Why is this an issue? When you’re trying to sleep, the bright light from the hallway seeps into the room. We put the couch pillows in front of the crack to block it out. Also, it would be nice if they had blackout curtains. Other than those cosmetic things, the rooms are comfortable and the location is convenient if you’re heading downtown for concerts or sporting events.

I came for the sauna and it didn’t work.

Shout out to Ray who was very courteous and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The bed was a bit too hard, but thats the only negative thing I can comment on.

Looked like this hotel had recently been updated. I was in the area to attend the Cubs v Tigers baseball game. I was about 10 miles from the stadium, which was easily less than 20 minutes to get there, so perfect for me. Plentiful free parking. Area was nice enough, grocery store, gas station nearby. Also, only about 30 minutes to the airport. I would recommend and would stay again.

I planned this latest stay based on my last stay and if I did that going forward I would never return very disappointed overall I was supposed to have a handicap room but apparently did not when it was on the reservation and it was talked about when I checked in. I assumed it was and just put up with what I was given was it there for very long just overnight that was long enough There was no breakfast just some dry cereal and some fruit cups. And I will wrap this up by saying everything on the bed really smelled bad like dirty clothes and there was a big ant Beetle looking bug in the bathroom definitely wasn't my experience the first stay

The check in was quick! The staff was great and pleasant. Amenities were what we needed and the pool was nice and warm for us. Love the different options as far as the rooms go. Looking forward to coming back next time I am in Detroit! Thank you!

Room was the best part - it was okay. Online photos made it look like it was part of a "collection" - upscale, but was actually in a gentrified area with a trashed parking lot, and railroad tracks 40' from our window with a train traffic after 11pm.

Great staff but they double charged us for the stay on accident which was super inconvenient

All around terrible stay. Air conditioning did not work in the room. Noise travel was very loud. Air conditioning did not work. The only positive is The staff was friendly

Great room, very clean There were some noice from front room occupants & some noice from railway

Staff was very friendly. Property is very clean but a little out dated. Only issues for us were that our tv didn’t work, room had a very strong floral/cleaner smell, and the curtains didn’t block out the sun. Overall it was good for the price and only staying one night.

Like easy access to airport and freeway, and room size. Did not like breakfast, pool not usable, and decline due to lack of upkeep
