Felt 15 euros per person for breakfast was bit too much when there was not much to offer as breakfast.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel near Entrance 1 in Plitsvice Lakes.

The breakfast is an extra charge and was ok but not up to standard of other hotels in croatia. Thats the only complaint i have

Nice hotel that is close to the Plitvice lakes. It's location and big beds made it an easy choice.

Nice clean hotel with all the amenities close to Plitvice park. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Pool, whirlpool, gym and sauna a nice extra feature after a day of hiking. Food and beverages overall varied and tasty. Not a great deal in the area other than Plitvice parks/hiking - presume that’s what most would be there for. Would recommend and stay again.

Nice modern hotel at convenient location to visit the Plitvice Lakes National Park. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. On site restaurant has OK, but not the best food.

Nice hotel, we used for visiting the Lakes. Very Friendly staff, decent food in restaurant for evening. Only negatives would be the cold shower we had in the morning of departure and the icy cold indoor swimming pool you were just unable to swim in. Perhaps they had boiler issues on our stay but otherwise nice hotel

L'hôtel était moderne et en principe aurait dû être superbe. Mais le personnel n'était pas accueillant et il y avait presque pas de personnel. Le receptionist se cachait dans son bureau. La serveuse du bar était presque tout le temps absente. Et bien la spa!! Personne dans le spa. Il y avait des instructions pour faire marcher le jacuzzi. Finalement quand j'ai réussi à le faire marcher ..ça sentait mauvaise et sale. La piscine aussi semblait un peu sale. J'y suis pas rester longtemps. Peut être le manager/patron était absent car le personnel s'en fiché des clients. Restaurant moche aussi.

Very close to Plitvice National Park

Si quieres visitar los lagos de Plitvicce, este es un muy buen lugar para hospedarse. La habitaciòn es super amplia y cómoda, quizá lo único a mejorar sería adecuar la base del colchón al tamaño de este, ya que en nuestro caso como sobresalía la base, representaba un riesgo de golpe en las piernas. El desayuno bueno pero mejor la cena. Y el entorno que rodea el lugar es simplemente espectacular.

Nice hotel friendly people

Extraordinario, sin duda regresaríamos. Las instalaciones son de la mejor calidad. Cómodas, cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle. La habitación muy amplia, lujosa, con balcón, áreas para guardar cosas. Materiales de calidad. Excelente restaurante. Cerca de los lagos Pletvice y de centro comercial. Personal muy amable!

The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful, but there a couple of things that one would like to consider before staying at this hotel. First of all the hotel restaurant didn’t have any vegetarian dishes, we’re offered some champions as a vegetarian dish, though it wasn’t on the menu. The main challenge was the distance to the Pletvice park, it is very far and there is no footpath to walk there. It was impossible to catch a bus, so the only option (if you happen to come there without your own car) is to take a taxi, and they will reap you off big time, each way will cost you 20 euros. It would be great if the hotel offers taxi services at affordable prices for their guests, but unfortunately they don’t.

Large clean rooms with a balcony that overlooks a beautiful view. Very comfortable beds. What stood out though were the staff who were some of the nicest people you’d meet. They definitely went above and beyond what I would expect and made the stay even more enjoyable. I wish I could have stayed their a few more days! Their onsite restaurant was also delicious and we were delightfully surprised. Everything was made in house and had the option for set meals.

Our stay was amazing. Close to the national park of Plitvice, located at the main road it was a hidden gem. Nice and modern design, great cuisine in the restaurant, amenities like gym, pool and sauna and super friendly staff. Despite being located at the main road you haven’t heard anything when the window was closed. Comfortable beds for the relaxing night. Go for it!

Very nice room and helpful staff

Der Empfang war freundlich, sowie die Bedienung. Leider war es das schon. Als wir am 2. Tag vom wandern zurück kamen freuten wir uns auf eine Dusche. Es waren keine Tücher da und der Blick ins Schlafzimmer, einfach Schock. Das Bett hat ausgeschaut, na ja (Siehe Bild). Nach der Reklamation kam eine Dame die nur Kroatisch sprach und wir uns nicht verstehen konnten. Wir hatten Tücher und konnten duschen. Auch nach wiederholter Reklamation ist nichts geschehen, auch nich auf meine Mail. Dieses Hotel hat 4 Sterne , das ist eine Schande. So etwas ist mir bei meinen vielen Reisen noch nie passiert. Das Management in diesem Hotel ist ganz einfach nicht fähig. Bitte besuchen sie dieses Hotel nicht, sie sollen merken das es so nicht geht.
