시설이 너무 안좋아요 3일동안 2일을 엘리베이터를 이용하지 못했습니다 청소는 3일동안 한번해주었습니다 수영장은 너무 빨리끝난다 금고는 처음부터 문이 잠겨있어 사용을 못했다 전반적으로 직원은 친절하지만 모든 시설은 열악하다 아마도 3박 4일중 우리에게 2박은 다시 투숙하게 해주어야할것이다

It’s a gem. A modest room refresh and small improvements could go a long way. Food was good but could also be taken up just one notch to make this a place to rave about.

Quarto limpo, bom para crianças, funcionários muito atenciosos, as bebidas deixam a desejar. Somente uma opção de cerveja, drinks fracos. A alimentação razoável sendo o café da manhã muito bom. O vinho servido e bom. A praia é boa.

Un hotel de playa que necesita algunas mejoras, mantenimiento general de las instalaciones. Las habitaciones están bastante bien. La comida buena en general, pero poca variedad.

Bathroom sink was completely rusted, both faucets were absolutely disgusting and leaking every time we turned them on. They gave us a difficult time just to simply get shower towels. Everyday 2 days our room keys stop working and I would have to go to get them reprogrammed. On the last day they would not even give us shower towels because it was the last day. The entire resort smelt like sewage. In order to book 1 of only 3 restaurants there we had to wait in long for 2 hours in order to book which took 10 seconds. Absolutely horrible, money back should be in order

No fui ql spa. La comida no me gusto muy simple. Tuve que pedir una plancha y una tabla y me llevaron algo muy viejo. No me gustó el resort

Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel.

La alberca

El tiempo de cierre de piscina y toboganes es muy temprano 6pm y la apertura de los mismos entre 9 y 10am dandote el mínimo tiempo para disfrutar ya que entras a las 3pm y sales a las 12 medio día Lo q quiere decir q al llegar disfruta 2 horas prácticamente y al día siguiente 2 horas más. La verdad eso no me gustó y más si vas con niños
