Stayed 6nights recently. Very nice to stay for biz travellers. The hotel is new & convenient, & the hotel room is clean while the condition of all towels need to be improved since they were very smelly everyday.

I stayed here for the last two nights of my Morocco trip, and overall it was a very comfortable experience. The room was spacious with nice amenities, and the staff were cooperative and responsive. Initially, I was given a twin room despite booking a king bed, but after I informed the reception, they immediately changed it. The hotel also has its own parking, which is a big plus. I also made a booking mistake, the manager helped me cancel that and rebook correctly for the same day. That level of support really stood out. The only minor issue was that the shower drain got clogged, although housekeeping mentioned it was a mechanical issue and would be fixed. Overall, a very pleasant stay with helpful staff and good service.

Great stay overall. The room was spacious, comfortable, and recently renovated. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options. The only areas for improvement were the breakfast service: cutlery was sometimes missing and tables not promptly cleaned and the checkout experience, with only one person at reception leading to a long queue and no fast check-out option.

Staff were nice enough. We found a cheaper way to travel other than taxi or uber and were hassled every time we were picked up or dropped off. Very unpleasant experience.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propre. La literie est confortable. Seul bémol est le restaurant 5 personnes à table et 45 minutes d'attente avant d'être servi. Nourriture correcte mais rien d'extraordinaire.

Près de l’aéroport. Très propre, lits et oreillers confortable. Trop froid pour essayer la piscine.

Didn’t go to the pool.. too cold.. my cleaning lady was excellent, I gave her a very good review, the staff running the restaurant I found to be quite slow in first of all acknowledging my presence, then in taking my order.. so if they could just speed things up it would really improve their performance.. overall a very nice hotel.

very clean room, staff was polite and attentive, the restuarant chhiwat L khayma is amazing, the only issue is location out of city center we had quite a trouble in getting taxi from the hotel location
