The staff was awesome the room was so small you have to turn sideways to walk around the bed or hallway

Drove in for a Fever game, valet parking totally worth the extra charge. Gainbridge Fieldhouse right across the street. Excellent little coffee shop on side road around the corner from hotel. We loved our stay!

easy access to downtown

We were located a floor below the bar. It was loud all night. Got a city view room and had a view of the hotel dumpster.

I talk to the young lady at desk about my experience, we had very good service from front and valet. But other areas could have been better. Where my room was, very loud car traffic. 😞. 2 nights .

Beautiful hotel! Probably one of the best esthetics I’ve been in.

The check in was fast and the hotel staff very helpful. It was a rainy weekend and they even found an umbrella for us to use. Would stay again!

The hotel itself was great, but if you think you will sleep peacefully, think again! There were motorcycles racing up and down the street all night!

We liked everything from the staff, valet personnel, cleanliness of hotel and room. Great place to stay and we will return.

Very cool, modern rooms! Ours was huge! The rooftop bar was great place to hang out after the Fever game. It’s a 2 minute walk to Gainbridge Arena.

This place was amazing. The rooftop bar alone was gorgeous on top of that, Jay the bartender is a phenomenal mixologist.

Hotel Indy is so very close to Gainbridge Arena. Very convenient. The Hulman restaurant was top notch. The food was very good. Rooms were unique and spacious. Best choice I could have made!

Overall nice property- clean and well maintained. Valet and front desk were very kind and helpful. Rooftop bar was rented out for a private event so that was disappointing.

First time to Indy and couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience! The hotel has a great location and good walkability. House restaurant had great food too.

Great locations and really nice hotel. We loved the water stations on every floor. Slightly noisy outside in the morning but it was fine

This is a cute little boutique type hotel and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Hulman bartender was great and made a yummy raspberry lemon martini. The breakfast in the morning was “ehh.” Nothing to rave about. However, our biggest issue was that we had several appliances broken in our room. Our door handle fell off in the bathroom, a lamp bulb was out, and the hairdryer was in shambles. I woke up with mysterious bite marks on my back. I thought it was bed bugs at first but it’s been a few days and it seems it was something else. Likely a spider. Additionally, I felt like parking was extremely overpriced ($48 per night!!!). It didn’t feel like the safest place in Indy which is probably why the front desk encouraged us to do valet parking. But we just parked at the Pacers garage across the street instead. It was $15 a day, so $30 total for over night. Still cheaper than valet. There is also construction across the street that was loud and woke us up in the morning. Overall, I wasn’t super impressed with our stay. The staff were very friendly but the maintenance on the hotel needs improvement.

Great place to stay! What made it even better was the friendly staff. Everyone from the valet to the front desk and the rooftop bar…they were all very helpful and pleasant.
