정말 좋은 숙소입니다. 비록 혼자 이용했지만, 2명이 써도 충분히 넓고 깨끗해요. 위치도 좋고 호텔 자체도 굉장히 깔끔하고 분위기 있어 강추합니다.

The last time I stayed at a CitizensM was in London several years ago, and I was greeted immediately by a sweet fragrance that meets you at the entrance and leads you to your room. I was happy with my stay although the noon checkout I requested instead of 11am was immediately denied and suggested that I opt to pay $80 for a 2pm checkout instead . Thar was disappointing, overall it was a good stay.

Tiniest room ever. Could barely move in the space. No privacy in the bathroom.

The CitizenM is a well equipped, high tech, and straightforward stay that was perfect for me as a solo business traveler. The bed was comfortable, the blackout curtains were very effective, and the design of the whole hotel made it all feel upscale. I especially appreciated the large bath towels!

Great location, super walkable to public transport, Union Station, Capitol Hill & the National Mall. Lovely staff, great communal areas, love having the option to grab a bite to eat at my hotel and although the menu was limited the food was really good.

The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. We enjoy staying here.

The NOMA neighborhood was easy to get around and nicely walkable. Our room was small, but in a cute and efficient way, not in a claustrophobic one and it was really fun to explore. We loved the lounge areas, too!

Really interesting place with unique decor, friendly and helpful staff. Probably not an ideal venue for an older conservative couple as it's decor and vibe is very modern progressive. Dining onsite was expensive and limited - but still tasty. Rooms are very techy but tiny with beds taking up a quarter of the room. Cool experience!
