En general bien

I mostly liked how staff was so present and friendly at the hotel. I did not like the discourtiness shown to sister property goers . I had family members told that they could not wait for an Uber ride from the front area. Not friendly at all.

Lo mejor de propiedad es la atención. La comida del bufete podria ser mejor Pero en general bien

La calidad de instalaciones, de los alimentos, las bebidas y sobre todo la diversidad de areas de esparcimiento. La relacion precio beneficio es lo mejor.

Nos entregaron habitación 2 horas después de lo acordado, nuestra habitación no servía el aire acondicionado, nos dieron otra y no servía la chapa mucha pérdida de tiempo

I visited solo to treat myself for Mother’s Day. I had such a relaxing time. I felt safe and so welcomed. My entire stay I was assisted by the hotel staff who do an amazing job! Food was great & there is a lot of areas to explore and go depending on what vibe you’d like. Special thanks to Manuel at the front who made my stay so special from beginning to end! I will be returning with my family this time very soon. Thank you!!

La vdd todo muy bien lo que si consideraria a mejorar es el horario del clib de playa es muy temprano el ultimo camion alas 5:45pm y agregaria mas surtido en el pantry deberian meter papas frituras se agradeceria.

La instalación,

Agradable que es un sitio roderado por naturaleza, varias albercas disponibles, gimnasio bueno. No agradable: Habitaciones pequeñas en la torre 6, con fallas en 2 de las 3 que ocupamos, paredes delgadas que se escucha claramente a los vecinos, necesidad de transportación en carritos eléctricos al lobby y a varios sitios. Playa distante y no es una playa agradable. La comida regular, ningún platillo sobresaliente. Los empleados atentos pero muchos con poca experiencia en el trato, favoreciendo a clientes extranjeros. Check in muy tardado.

El personal en especial Erick en los carritos muy atento y amable, pero cuando no estaba él demoraban en pasar, una noche entera nos quedamos sin agua y solo avisaron por un comunicado en una hoja de papel que la verdad no vimos, no había papel en los baños al lado del bar, la verdad esperabamos más.

Lugar con diferentes opciones para comer, los alimentos de buen sabor y cuenta con varias piscinas.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the food was better than I was anticipating. The pools were amazing, and the property was quiet and green and lush. I really enjoyed our stay.

No tan recomendable, la playa lejos y el transporte feo y sucio, muy pequeña el espacio de playa y camastros

Esta muy bien el lugar, bonito, limpio y el personal es muy amable pero siento que era muy poco personal por lo que muchos servicios eran muy tardados, en especial los de la comida

Booked a bday girls trip at this hotel in May after reading reviews and some thorough research. I wanted a boho/jungle spot but didn't want to stay in PV, this place was exactly that...minus all the kids lol. It was also very packed when we were there, hard to find a spot for the pool, but no biggie. The food was a bit above mid which is expected for an all inclusive, but it wasn't super salty and didn't lack flavor. Our best meal was the teppanyaki resto, but u can only book for 1 time during your stay. The spa was superb minus the sauna being out of order. Staff was excellent. Room was clean and modern, loved the shower and tub. My main negatives: too many kids, no hair dryer in the room, no wash towels unless u call to ask for them, room has bare minimum necessities.

La comida y bebidas son de muy buena calidad, las habitaciones y espacios en general muy limpios. El personal es muy amable. Solo me parece necesario recalcar que éste hotel NO ESTÁ EN LA PLAYA. Tiene un pequeño club de playa a 10 min en auto, hay transporte desde el hotel.

El personal es muy amable, la comida es buena asi como los cocteles de autor y la bebida en general, lo viví con ocupación media.

El Servicio del personal es excelente! El hotel es nuevo y está muy hermoso!
