A experiência junto a esse hotel foi maravilhosa, seja por conta das instalações, do excelente café da manhã , como também do staff gentil e atencioso.

The place is very lovely. It is a great location. You can get to the bridge and everything within walking distance. Great location very beautiful. It’s mildly priced on the staff is wonderful. The food is very good. They have a nice layout for breakfast, so please include that in your hotel not too many places around there in that area to go eat. There’s one little quaint place that I can tell you about it’s called Marie’s but they have a very good breakfast and they change it up every day. There was a little situation, but they handled it right away and upgraded me. They need to improve a little bit on the cleaning in the rooms a little more attention to detail but other than that, it’s a great place. I highly recommend to stay there.

Staff was very kind. Property was well maintained and pretty! Pool was perfect!!!

Ontbijt was goed verzorgd, bij drukte moeten ze er wel op letten dat bepaalde dingen op tijd worden aangevuld. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Jammer dat ik mijn kamer, die toch wat klein is, tegenover de rookzone van het casino had. Wat meer gepraat daar en er zat altijd wel iemand. Het hotel staat groot aangegeven met een pijl, maar dat blijkt dan de parkeerplaats van het Casino te zijn. Voor de parkeerplats van het hotel moet je dan een paar straten omrijden.

A acomodação fica próximo da vila Kura Hulanda e dá para ir a pé. O quarto é bem confortável. O chuveiro é que poderia ter um pouco mais de água, mas acho que é característica do sistema de abastecimento da ilha.

Mooi hotel en super centrale ligging. Vriendelijk en correct personeel. Airco is een must en deed was sterk en geruisloos. Erg prettig in de nacht. Zwembad, lounge plekken en goed bed. Aanrader.

Hotel was close to the bus depot, so was easily accessible and close to the rest of the town. Free breakfast buffet every morning, including eggs, bacon, sausage, baked goods, fruit, coffee, etc. Pool was a nice to have. Staff were helpful enough and spoke multiple languages, but patience might be needed if some of them don't fluently speak the same language as you. The first bedroom I was assigned to had a shared (locked) door to another room beside mine, and I could hear everything they were doing. Front desk was happy to change my room without issue, but I still find it odd that the set up exists and that it's not soundproof. Housekeeping was fine, and no real issues with cleanliness. There is a neighbor in the area who apparently likes to occasionally play loud music until early in the morning. One night he was playing music until 2am. Not the hotel's fault and apparently they've tried to talk to him before. To be fair, I was there during a public holiday. Overall was a good experience, but don't go in expecting a high-end resort.

A wonderful atmosphere, the freedom hotels staff is very attentive to your needs. Both Lisa and Dani made my stay so welcoming and you re close proximity to a lot of great restaurants and shops. A writers paradise, I ll definitely be coming back. Danker Gracias to the whole team.

Tivemos uma experiência muito positiva no Freedom. O atendimento é um ponto alto, com uma equipe de recepção extremamente atenciosa (importante notar que funcionam até as 22h). O café da manhã é muito bem servido e tudo estava fresquinho: frutas, ovos, bacon, sucos e um bom café. Um diferencial excelente para quem precisa sair cedo é o breakfast box (café para viagem), um cuidado que faz a diferença. A localização é estratégica, bem próxima ao centro, permitindo uma caminhada tranquila e agradável pela vila até a região central. O quarto em que ficamos era amplo e confortável; o único detalhe é que as janelas são fechadas, o que não prejudicou nossa estadia, mas é um ponto de observação para quem prefere ventilação natural. No geral, foi tudo muito bom e recomendamos o hotel!

Tudo funciona perfeitamente. Localização excelente, limpeza primorosa, muito bom atendimento e o café da manhã é variado e gostoso,tem estacionamento 24h oq ajuda demais no mais, podem reservar sem medo.

Room is much smaller than the picture. No water available, water was too hot to shower. Barely any light to get dressed only in the bathroom.

I have been staying for 2 nights. The room is pretty small, with a small window facing the ne xt building, which is so close you think you could touch it. But for the amount paid, you can't expect too much. It is clean and in pretty new refurbished condition. The staff is polite and kind. The big downside, in my opinion, is the lack of signs inside the building indicating which level you are on or the direction to Reception. This is a basic need to find your way around when you are new to the place.
