La verdad todo bello y bonito, sólo que la limpieza del cuarto pésima, disque limpiaban del cuarto pero solo lo hacían por encimita, y eso que solo llagábamos a dormir al hotel

La ubicación es muy buena cerca del centro, buenos lugares para comer a cualquier hora del día, la piscina muy bien y con una vista espectacular

The AC was too noisy… we couldn’t sleep the whole night, we spoke with the staff and asked to switch rooms but they supposed to fixed ,but they didn’t…. definitely not recommended…

La habitación estaba impecable. El buffet de desayuno con opciones muy variadas y riquísimas.

Merida is a beautiful city with very friendly people. Lots to see and do around the city and this area of Mexico. The Hotel was a good location to get into town (20 minute walk to main square or a very short bus journey). The staff were friendly and everything is very clean. Roof top Pool is lovely and great views over the town. Beware of happy hour as it is only selective drinks per day and it was not clearly shown. Also strange atmosphere up there at happy hour - if you like like loud music and DJ vibes it will be for you though. The only down side to the hotel was their food. One night there was a big thunderstorm (problem of visiting in late May) and so we stayed in the hotel for a pizza - which was a frozen pizza with items added. We know it is our fault really, as there are so many amazing restaurants around the area with great Yucatan menus hotel missing a trick with their food and creative menus

Excelente ubicación, buen restaurante y servicios. Solo la terraza de la alberca un poco caotica en su servicio. Todo lo demás excelente

El hotel está limpio con excelente servicio de alimentos, frente el centro internacional de convenciones, super cómodo y eficiente, quede muy satisfecha con mi estancia ahí

En general todo bien , un poco lento el servicio y la habitacion tenia un ruido o frecuencia de el piso de arrriba bastante presente
