공항과 가깝고 공항 셔틀 차량이 운행되어 마닐라에서 환승하는 투숙객에게 편리한 호텔입니다.

이 호텔에서 꽤 좋은 경험을 했습니다. 호텔이 아부다비 국제공항(NAIA)에서 매우 가까워서 좋았습니다. 또한 호텔에서는 무슬림 친화적인(할랄) 조식을 제공합니다. 호텔에는 모든 편의 시설이 갖춰져 있으며 근처에 편의점도 있습니다. 보안이 철저해서 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 다만 엘리베이터가 고장 나 있고 대기 시간이 꽤 길어서 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 호텔입니다.

13박 동안 머물렀는데 정말 즐거운 여행이었습니다. 호텔은 오카다 카지노와 몰 오브 아시아에서 아주 가까워요! 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요. 리셉션 직원들은 정말 친절하고 전문적이었어요! 제 항공편이 저녁 늦게 도착한다는 걸 알고 무료로 늦은 체크아웃을 해줬어요.

킹스포드 호텔(Kingsford Hotel)은 도심, 특히 매립지 지역에 위치해 비교적 조용한 편임에도 불구하고 차분한 분위기로 매우 쾌적했습니다. 주차 시설은 다소 제한적이지만, 발레파킹 서비스를 비교적 저렴한 가격에 이용할 수 있습니다. 제공되는 조식은 종류가 적고, 꽤 오랫동안 줄을 서야 한다는 점이 다소 실망스럽습니다. 호텔 직원들은 대부분의 특급 호텔처럼 친절하고 기본적인 서비스는 제공합니다. 쇼핑센터와 휴양지에 가까워 위치가 매우 편리하며, 도심에 위치한 편안한 호텔임에도 객실 요금은 매우 저렴합니다. 분위기/시설: 조용하고, 주차 공간은 다소 제한적이지만 발레파킹 서비스가 있어 비교적 저렴합니다. 음식: 조식 메뉴는 다양하지 않지만, 조금 아쉬운 점은 아침 식사를 하려고 하면 줄을 서야 한다는 것입니다. 직원 지원: 다른 호텔 서비스처럼 친절하고 평범합니다. 장점: 쇼핑센터와 휴양지에 가깝습니다. 가격: 시내 중심가에 가까운 좋은 호텔치고는 매우 저렴합니다. 위치: 시내 중심가에 있지만, 매립지에 위치해 비교적 조용합니다.

저는 여기서의 숙박을 좋아했습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 편안하며, 상점/쇼핑몰/호텔/공항과 가깝고, 편안함을 추구한다면 이 호텔을 이용해보세요.

전반적인 숙박은 9/10이었습니다. 위치가 최고입니다. 분위기가 좋습니다. 직원들이 친절하고 배려심이 많습니다. 체크인 및 체크아웃 절차가 원활합니다. 저는 친환경적이라는 개념, 플라스틱 폐기물 감소를 좋아합니다. 세면용품은 리필이 가능하고 복도에 식수용 정수기가 있습니다. 우리는 도시 전망이 보이는 방을 받았는데, 그곳에서 수영장 구역도 볼 수 있었습니다. 유일한 단점은 다른 방의 소음이 들린다는 것입니다. 거기에 있는 커플과 그들의 아이들의 대화가 꽤 시끄러웠습니다. 그래서 방은 방음이 잘 되지 않습니다. 그리고 변기에 욕조가 없습니다. 하지만 다른 근처 호텔에 비해 가격이 저렴하기 때문에 꼭 다시 올 것입니다. 감사합니다, 킹스포드.

발렛 서비스가 나빠요. 항상 주차할 공간이 없다고 해서 발렛 서비스를 이용하고 있는데 발렛 서비스가 너무 나빠서 항상 최소 30분은 기다려야 해요.

I stayed in this hotel for a leisure time after work, and the room was as expected. Check-in was smooth, and staff were hospitable. But the view was unfortunate though, we got a view of the container port.

We had a great stay there, it was a nice hotel for its price. We were allowed for an early check-in. Staffs are very accommodating. There were lots of elevators which is really an A+ for me, but we were shocked on our first night when we returned to our hotel because the hotel was a bit crowded. Food was not tasty. Housekeeping was very attentive to our needs except for the last night that they failed to pick up the dishes in our room after we had room service dinner. The room is not soundproof. I can't sleep well because of the loud bangs I can hear from other rooms for the whole stay.

I've done my booking via mobile app and paid the room through my debit card, same night booking before checking in. And it was hassle free and as easy as 123. Thank you online agent. However, upon arrival in the hotel, I showed my voucher and told the front desk officer that I'm already fully paid. He said that it was not paid yet, what they did was just getting my card number for assurance. So to make everything settled because I want to rest, it's almost 11pm from my event, I just gave my debit card and let him process the payment, and input my pin and issued me receipt and key card. But upon checking my online banking, 2 payments were reflected, both were for payment for kingsford hotel accommodation and what's more annoying is that the one that they charged me was higher than what I paid in traveloka. I told him that it ' s not my fault and kingsford must refund the amount he charged me. He said the finance did not replied because it's already late. I said I am leaving early the next day and I need to get the refund upon check out because this was not my fault. I am not the one who made the mistake and I will not accept if I will wait for many working days. But until I checked out yesterday, no development. They said the bank processing will be up to maximum 30days. I said it doesn't matter, I understand the bank process but why do I have to suffer just because of their mistake. But still they insisted and until now, no response yet! And by the way, I also noticed other person on that same night also complaining about other issues and they were not handling it well. I hope this will not happen to other guests! Thank you!

Had a great stay. Food was okay, ambiance were nice. And the staffs are really approachable and friendly! Would love to come back again.

Lack of information, like the pool they do not add in their list in this platform if the pool is already package in this book or not.

Needs improvement. We enjoyed our stay though. Staff are courteous but I guess they're a bit overwhelmed cause there's a lot of people checking in and out. We booked 5 rooms and 1 room was not ready at 3pm. We were told that they'd call and bring the keycards to our room. We waited for almost an hour and no calls from the receptionist. I had to go down to the lobby and asked for our room. Turns out that rooms are already available but they didn't bother to check. A guest should not wait that long for their room. Clean but small rooms. Not enough parking.

It was such a nice place and staffs were all friendly and greet the guests everytime. However, I forgot to get my complimentary cake 😅
