Concierge tries to upsell and it’s pretty annoying. If you say no, they make you feel guilty. There was also lots of construction in the rooms surrounding ours, and they wouldn’t do anything about it.

Aweee man Definitely one for the books would come again we had a great time, it was my son birthday and Gabriela upgraded our room!!!! She was amazinggg and Oscar super !! Food was good place is beautiful, Karla upfront is super dope helped us plenty, watch out for Luis dude think he owns the resort; super rude and entitled.

I didn’t like the surprise “you need to purchase your inclusive package.” I thought this was included when making my reservations. I didn’t like being so remote, there were not very many options to visit off the establishment.

Wonderful trip and the food was amazing! All of the restaurants were A1! The beach was a little rocky, but we still enjoyed the pools, etc.

We had a wonderful time for our baby moon! It was the perfect stay, staff was great, the property was great the overall trip was the best!

This was our first time at this resort and it was amazing. The staff was more than top notch. Everyone seemed to be happy to help and be available for you at any time. The room upgrade was perfect!! The rooms and resort was clean and I had no issues with anything!! Thank you for a stay we will always remember.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. The pools were outstanding, on the downside no entertainment for adults. It was pretty boring. besides swimming in the pool and the ocean, there was nothing to do all day. The food was extremely expensive. The hotel promote are all inclusive and all-inclusive to my understanding. include food and drink's No food and drink was included with the booking.

**Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do NOT Book Here!** I booked a non-refundable package at this hotel, and unfortunately, I tested positive for COVID right before my stay. Despite my situation, the hotel refused to offer any assistance or allow me to reschedule, and instead insisted I still come to the hotel. They didn’t care about my health or the safety of other guests—they just wanted get my money. I reached out multiple times, but nobody ever called me back, and no one offered a solution. It was completely heartless. I was responsible enough to stay home to avoid infecting others, but the hotel couldn’t have cared less they wanted me to with my Covid to there hotel didn’t care from the other guest just not to get me money back . In the end, they took my money without me even stepping foot on the property. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They showed zero empathy and made it clear that their priority is money, not guest safety or well-being. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs.

Love staying here anytime we're in Cancun this is where we stay. The staff everywhere here are so friendly, helpful and always do a great job. It's nice and quite at night and even when they're full you don't feel like it is overcrowded at all. Love everything about this resort. We'll definitely be back soon.
