전체 평가 및 리뷰 Joanna Suites

Stanza fantastica, con una vista sul mare pazzesca. La posizione della struttura è ideale, in una stradina residenziale (in salita) a nemmeno 10 minuti a piedi dal lungomare. Molto silenzioso. Un po’ scomoda la doccia a pavimento, ma nel complesso ottima camera. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha consigliato diversi taxi per arrivare in altri punti della città ed era molto responsivo.

The unit is well presented, recently renovated and attractively furnished, with a great sea view. It is close to the city, the boardwalk and several dining options. The owner is very helpful and super responsive. He did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. There was an issue with the internet, but the host send a technician to fix it quickly

Je n’est pas du tout aimé cet appartement beaucoup de mensonge, rien à disposition, directement tout et pas propre, pas de cafetière piscine congeler et inutilisable au final vous payez pour ne jamais mettre un pied dedans, le ménage jamais fait ! c’est beau en photo mais malheureusement sa ne vaut pas le prix qu’on y met dommage .

Bella struttura con tutto il necessario, comoda e spaziosa. Ci tornerei!

4 notti e mai che hanno cambiato lenzuola e asciugamani, reception sempre chiusa ,non rispondono via chat Expedia! Siamo arrivati alle 13 per il check in e ci hanno fatto entrare alle 14:20 perché stavano ancora pulendo… entriamo in stanza ed era zuppa di acqua a terra, il balcone era una piscina , per non parlare del bagno.. le posate sporche… boh senza parole

Great view from the penthouse, spacious and clean. Location was great too- walkable distance to the promenade and close to the bus stop to Ksamil and Butrint.

Good place to sleep

trés bel appartement, trés propre avec un réceptionniste qui vous attends sur place, trés disponible et joignable facilement; bien situé.Attention à la douche ou se trouve le lave linge et une prise à côté de la douche non protégé par une vitre ou autre.Non concevable en France.Sinon c'etait trés bien .

Brand new amenities. The location was great in the best area of the city where you dont have to use car or taxi, because everything is reachable by walking. Less then 150 from the closest beach Highly recommended

We had a lot of trouble at Joanna, when we got there it was empty so we had to call them and apparently something was wrong. So we had to spend the first night in another apartment on the same street but it was nothing like our reservation. The morning after we got our room although it was not really what we expected so we were offered a much bigger suite higher up and it was beautiful so we took it. Although later on we saw some other problems. The bathroom was occupied by ants and the kitchen had nearly no plates or cavalry. We ate cereal from wineglasses… There also was no dishwasher or soap or spounge so we couldn’t do the dishes. The daily cleaning as it said on our reservation only happend once and we had to ask for it. I think it is nice apartments overall and has potential but for us it took a lot of energy with all the troubles and sadly it went out over the vacation.
