Me dieron habitacion en el sotano, humedo y frio. Estaba advertido "Con terraza" pero no tenia luz natural. Wifi no llegaba. Las fotos implicaban ventanas con luz del sol. Me cambiaron a una habitacion en el 1o sin balcon, no hubo reembolso. La recepcion no estaba presente en el horario anunciado. Repsonderion el whatsapp despues de varias horas.

Park Life Condesa was very accommodating, super kind and responsive throughout our stay. I had an outside delivery, and the staff took great care of my package and made sure I received it without any issues, which I really appreciated. The rooms were clean and perfect for our short stay. The only downside was some noise from construction next door and a school across the street, which made things a bit loud at times. Overall, it was a great stay and a solid option in Condesa.

La habitación muy bien

Our stay at Park Life Condesa Hipódromo was overall fine, with decent accommodations. However, it was extremely noisy — it honestly felt like sleeping right on the street. The air conditioner also wasn’t working properly, and after coming back late, the last thing you want is to deal with maintenance. If you’re planning to actually sleep, bring earplugs… or a good sense of humor 😉

Staff was friendly, room was very clean but we had issues with the AC, room service only happened once, and we didn't have hot water for a while

El hotel no tiene estacionamiento, el número de teléfono que aparece en su publicación nunca lo contestan, los ruidos de la calle no dejan dormir, tanto del tráfico como de las personas que están en la acera todo el tiempo, este lugar está frente a la universidad La Salle y TODO el tiempo hay estudiantes en la calle hablando o gritando, debería de aislar las ventanas del ruido. Lo único que me sorprendió de manera agradable fue el trato de la persona que está en recepción en el turno de la tarde, un verdadero profesional.

We stayed here for 5 weeks and we were very happy with our stay. Air conditioner worked great, kitchenette was very useful, gym and laundry area as well. We were with an infant and they would come by daily to pick up our trash. Convenience stores and a big supermarket are within a short walking distance as well.

The rooms was great! The front desk staff very helpful! BUT no joke on the noise—they are doing construction 2 doors down so, if the kids from the University dont wake you up in middle of night, the construction will! (Who knew they could make noise until 10:30/11:00)

El lugar muy bonito y funcional. El servicio muy bueno. Pero el cuarto con demasiado ruido, da a la calle y al lobby, tiene cero privacidad en cuestion de sonido, dormi fatal.
