Excellent location and access for centre ville and local tram system. Clean, spacious rooms and good shower facilities. Underground, reasonable cost (€10-12 overnight) with Indigo Neo parking adjacent, with lift access to front of hotel.

Bien ubicado

Die beiden gebuchten Zimmer waren sehr schön und geräumig, beide mit einem Sofa. Aufgrund starker Gerüche, die von einem Restaurant (BCHEF Burgers) im Erdgeschoss ausgingen – das übrigens nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun hat –, haben wir um einen Zimmerwechsel gebeten. Leider wurden wir in deutlich kleinere Zimmer verlegt, sodass wir aufgrund eines offenbar immer wieder auftretenden Problems in Zimmern einer niedrigeren Kategorie untergebracht wurden, zumal wir 2 Nächte dort verbracht haben. Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Der Rest entsprach dem, was man von einer solchen Unterbringung erwarten kann.

Well located, large chain. Room and amenities as expected. Would have been better if the AC worked; by the time we were in our room, nothing could be done. The staff was helpful and got us a fan, but it was 28C in the room.

El hotel bien ubicado. Las instalaciones muy bien y personal amable. El aire acondicionado flojito. Aún poniéndolo a 18 grados el termostato no creo que había menos de 25 grados. Es verdad que era una suite junior y que tenía salida de aire solo en la zona de estar. Desayuno y cena bien.

Very good

Overall a nice property, but I was disappointed that our room looked out on a wall that was under construction. And they should provide instructions as to the name of the parking abd how to find it. But the location is only a few blocks from Place Plumereau, which is great.

The parking is not owned by the hotel, but is directly adjacent to it with an elevator that comes up to the front door of the hotel. Overall, an excellent experience in a very good area of town close to lots of restaurants I would stay there again.

Convenient hotel to explore around. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, very well equiped. Not many other amenities like coffee, food etc.

Beautiful room. Great shower with ample hot water and strong water pressure. Excellent breakfast. If you initiated an interaction with the staff, they were unfailingly polite and helpful. No one in the breakfast room said bonjour upon arriving or bonne journée when leaving the breakfast room. The front desk staff never looked up to greet me as I entered or left the hotel. Not your typical French hotel in that regard. Outside of that, a perfect stay.

Great location, helpful staff, clean rooms. The only reason we are giving it 4/5 stars is because we needed the laundry which was listed as offered by hotel. However, there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for all hotel guests. The dryer did not operate well at time of our visit.
