호텔이 좋은건 말할필요가 없고 무엇보다 정말 친절해서 너무너무 좋았어요 룸도 정말 크고 깨끗하고 조식도 훌륭한데...또 붐비지도 않아서 이용하기도 정말 편했어요.. 라운지도 한가하고..뷰도 정말 멋져요!!

Overall a very positive experience

Atención muy pobre para ser hotel 5 estrellas. Los funcionarios no hablan inglés y no tienen vocación de servicio en su mayoría. El desayuno muy mejorable. Para ser uno de los hoteles más caros de Shanghai se queda muy corto respecto a la mayoría de opciones en ese rango de precios.

Top rated of my list for sure! Room service Ms. Zeng is very nice and provides us fruits and water bottles everyday. Recommend it for all purposes traveling!

The Peninsula is one of the best hotel in Shanghai. The view is wonderful from the stateroom.

Room was sold to sleep 4, 2 adults and 2 children, but had just one bed and no sofa bed. Lack of English speaking help on the floor meant the kids ended up sharing a sofa.

总体来讲很好房间也很大床比较高一点，可能矮一点的人未必能够直接上到床上。 可是这的好好服务，和酒店大堂和房间都很好。
